After a refreshing breakfast stop, head to Vibhuthi Waterfalls for a scenic hike to the stunning cascades. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then stroll through the lush Honnavar Boardwalk, with an optional backwater boat ride. Visit the grand Murdeshwar Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, and later, relish a delightful dinner en route to your evening stay. Check into comfortable tent accommodations with basic washroom facilities for a restful night at beach side.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the campsite before embarking on a journey to the historical Mirjan Fort, where you can explore its rich history and enjoy panoramic views. Next, travel to the spiritual town of Gokarna to visit the revered Mahabaleshwar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Afterward, relax on the golden sands of Om Beach, known for its unique crescent-shaped coastline. In the afternoon, head to Dandeli, the adventure capital of Karnataka, enjoying a delicious lunch on the way. Upon arrival, check into your comfortable tent stay and unwind with activities at the campsite, including indoor games, a rain dance, swimming, a bonfire, and lively music.

Start your day early with a hearty breakfast at the campsite before diving into thrilling water sports like kayaking, raft boating, zorbing, ziplining, and possibly river rafting. After an adrenaline-filled morning, enjoy a satisfying lunch and check out from the campsite. Then, board your vehicle for a relaxed transfer to Hubli, reminiscing about the incredible experiences of your journey. Arrive at Hubli Station and board your train or bus back to your home city, ending your adventure in Coastal Karnataka and Dandeli with wonderful memories.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Train Travel Guidelines:

We make every effort to provide confirmed train tickets for our tours; however, we cannot guarantee confirmations, as railway services are operated by the Indian Railways, a government entity.

Included Tickets:
All packages starting from Hyderabad come with Sleeper class train tickets included by default.

Ticket Upgrades:
If you prefer to travel in 3AC, 2AC, or 1AC, you may request an upgrade. Additional costs will be applicable as per current IRCTC rates.

Ticket Status Updates:
We will keep you informed about the status of your booking. In cases where tickets are still not confirmed (CNF), we advise you to monitor the status periodically.

Alternatives for Unconfirmed Tickets:

If the ticket remains in RAC or WL two days before departure, opting for Tatkal or Premium Tatkal tickets is recommended for better chances of confirmation. These are subject to IRCTC’s dynamic pricing and availability.
If train tickets are not confirmed and a bus option exists, switching to a bus is advisable to ensure smooth travel.

Additional Charges:
Any upgrades, Tatkal bookings, or alternative arrangements will incur extra charges based on IRCTC rates. We do not charge any extra fees for processing Tatkal bookings.

Train Booking Process

If train tickets are unavailable during initial booking, we will attempt to secure them via Tatkal, which opens one day before travel.

Important: Tatkal availability is on a first-come, first-served basis and includes an additional charge over the base fare. If Tatkal fails, Premium Tatkal or bus travel may be offered as alternatives. Any extra expenses incurred in these alternatives are to be borne by the traveler.

Final Payment Policy

The remaining balance must be cleared at least 2 days prior to departure.

Limitations & Responsibility

We are responsible for the parts of your trip directly arranged and managed by us. However, we do not accept liability under the following circumstances:

Missing your train or bus due to personal delays. We will support you in finding alternative transport but will not reimburse any costs.
Accidents, health issues, loss, delays, or thefts caused by factors beyond our control.
Services such as hotels and transport are managed by third-party vendors; we do not have ownership or control over them and thus can't be held liable for their shortcomings.
Failures resulting from customer negligence.
Unpredictable incidents caused by third parties not related to the travel service.
We do not offer travel insurance. Travelers are advised to secure their own coverage for emergencies.

Itinerary Adjustments

Once the trip begins, the planned schedule will be followed as agreed. However, unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.) may require adjustments. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary at any time in the interest of group safety and logistics. You will be notified as early as possible in such cases.

Event Code of Conduct

Strict Prohibition: Use or possession of weed or any illegal substances is not allowed during the trip.
Respect Fellow Travelers: Maintain a cooperative and friendly atmosphere.
Punctuality Matters: Avoid delays that may affect the group’s schedule.
Environmental Responsibility: Dispose of waste properly. Help us keep our trips eco-friendly and plastic-free.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No Refund shall be made with the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,

Unforeseen Circumstances:

No compensation for cancellations due to Acts of God, Natural or man-made disasters, technical issues, road/airport closures, adverse weather, or any event beyond our control.

Organizer Cancellations:

In case of event cancellation due to low enrollment or external factors, we will offer alternate events or a full refund (excluding transportation cancellation charges). Refunds will be processed within two weeks via bank transfer.

Traveller Cancellations:

If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellations are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellations are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
