Day 1: Dehradun to Sankri
- Drive: 198 km, 8-9 hrs
- Details: Start from Dehradun at 7 AM, passing through scenic pine forests and along the Yamuna River. Arrive in Sankri by 5 PM for an evening village exploration. Overnight in a hotel/homestay.
Day 2: Sankri to Juda Ka Talab
- Trek: 3.5 km, 4-5 hrs
- Altitude: 9,100 ft
- Details: Begin trekking through forests of deodar, oak, and birch, arriving at the serene lake. Overnight camping at Juda Ka Talab.
Day 3: Juda Ka Talab to Kedarkantha Base Camp
- Trek: 3 km, 4-5 hrs
- Altitude: 11,250 ft
- Details: Trek through dense forests and open meadows, enjoying views of Himalayan peaks. Camp overnight at the base camp.
Day 4: Kedarkantha Summit and Descent to Juda Ka Talab
- Trek: 3.5 km (ascent), 7 km (descent)
- Altitude: 12,500 ft
- Details: Early morning ascent to the Kedarkantha summit for panoramic views. Descend to Juda Ka Talab and camp overnight under the stars.
Day 5: Juda Ka Talab to Sankri via Hargaon, Drive to Dehradun
- Trek: 3 km, 2-3 hrs
- Drive: 8-9 hrs
- Details: Trek down to Sankri, then drive back to Dehradun, reaching by 11 PM.

We understand that plans can change. Please review the cancellation policy for this itinerary to ensure a smooth experience if any changes are needed:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date: Full refund, minus a small processing fee of 10% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the trip start date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the trip start date: No refund, as your booking will have secured various pre-paid experiences.
No-shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to arrive on the trip start date.
Please note: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. If your booking includes any special activities or accommodations, additional cancellation fees may apply per provider policy.
Terms and Conditions
Booking Confirmation
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Some trips may need a higher deposit, communicated at booking.
- Full payment is due 15 days before departure for domestic and 30 days for international trips. Last-minute bookings within 20 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) require full payment immediately.
Late Payments
- Failure to pay on time may lead to booking cancellation, retaining the deposit per the cancellation policy. A grace period may apply, subject to availability.
Payment Methods
- We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways in INR unless specified otherwise.
Cancellation by Client
- Domestic: 30+ days (30% fee), 15-29 days (50% fee), <15 days (no refund).
- International: 45+ days (30% fee), 30-44 days (50% fee), <30 days (no refund).
Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method or as a credit note for future bookings.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Visa fees and certain airfare are non-refundable. Standard cancellation applies for visa rejections.
Triprowers Cancellation
- Force Majeure: Full refund of the land portion, minus non-recoverable expenses, or a credit note valid for 12 months.
- Low Group Size: Alternative trip/date offered, or a full refund if not preferred.
Booking Changes
- Client Changes: Requests must be made 20 days (domestic) or 30 days (international) before departure. Extra charges may apply.
- Triprowers Changes: Unforeseen changes to the itinerary or accommodation will be communicated promptly, with alternatives provided where possible.
Pricing & Taxes
- Prices are based on availability and exchange rates, with the final price confirmed upon booking.
- For international trips over ₹7 lakhs/year, a 20% Tax Collected at Source (TCS) applies, as per Indian law.
Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for obtaining passports, visas, and travel insurance. Non-adherence to safety guidelines or damaging property will be at the client’s liability.
