About This Experience

Spiti – The White Wonder As unique as its name, a trip to Spiti Valley is an experience of the ultimate deserted beauty! Separated from fertile Lahaul by the soaring 4551m Kunzum La, the Himalayan region of Spiti is another chunk of Tibet marooned in India. Enjoy the snow clad vistas of this gorgeous cold desert. That is exactly what our Winter Edition –Spiti Valley Tour Package is all about. Scattered villages in a saw-toothed moonscape arriving like mirages on your trip to Spiti will surely make you forget about any other panorama you’ve ever seen. The whitewashed mud-brick homes along with the perched Key Monastery looks exceptionally out of the world when they are all laced with snow. Spiti Valley is the place to revive love for the long lost things. This could be sending a postcard from the highest post office in the World, or go fossil hunting in the villages of Spiti. One such fossil village-Langza welcomes you with a life size golden statue of Buddha. The sedimentary rocks of this village hide remains of plants & marine life which are millions of years old. Go see for yourself if you’re lucky enough to spot one! Contrary to all shades of gray and white, a turquoise ribbon of the Spiti River will meet you as your near-constant companion, running along a broad valley before turning south at Sumdo into the precipitous gorges of the Hangrang Valley.Spiti attracts many travelers, including streams of Indian motorcyclists, as a kind of ‘mini-Ladakh without tourist crowds’. This title is absolutely fair since its pristine nature (high-altitude desert) and culture (Tibetan Buddhist) are still intact. To sum up, the approaches to Spiti remain among the most rugged and scenically spectacular roads in India, and that is why we want you to book our Spiti Valley Packages for 2021 and take that epic road trip with us! With a group of like minded travelers, exploring a place like Spiti becomes even more fun. It’s never a journey instead a voyage that we take at Bhatakna! Note: NOTE: Access to high altitude regions of Spiti Valley, especially Hikkim, Komik, Langza Village and Pin Valley etc may be blocked during winter months due to excessive snowfall. Hence, the visit to these locations is weather dependent. In such a case, we will look for the best possible alternatives, as feasible. NOTE: Travellers residing outside Delhi are suggested to book trains/flights reaching Delhi not later than 4 PM on the trip start date. Similarly, on trip end date, book returning flight/trains leaving post 3 PM. NOTE: Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. may cause itinerary change. We reserve the rights to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS

Our Story : Bhatakna

Group of Youngsters came together and started Bhatakna.com with a motive to make people around part of their Journey, where everyone asked them “kidhar jaa rahe ho Bhatakne”? “Kidhar gaya tha Bhatakne? ” ” Bhatakna accha lagta hai kya”? As a youngster a typical answer hit their mind “Tujhe kya karna hai? OR else “Tu bhi chal mere sath Bhatakne, fir samjega Bhatakna Kitna jaroori hai” and here The Journey of a Bhatkanti began.

Keeping this in mind we started to organize Travelling Events to help Travellers, make their trip Excellent and Meaningful.
