Yoga is a legacy for all humanity from an ancient, unknown past. Thousands of years ago, ancient Indians devised these systems and practices to facilitate physical healthand spiritual progress. Down the ages, regimes and rulers, languages and cultures, technology and popular thought have changed, but yoga had stood the test of time, and will do so as long as humanity exists.
