If your guess is discovering new places, then you are spot on. They have selected a place where the “descendants of a dragon soaring to the sun” (or “Viet”) dwell and made their home, which we know as Vietnam. They had a fantastic Vietnam trip, where nature’s beauty and man-made transport blended together to give the best for travel lovers like themselves.

Let’s talk about some of the interesting things they encountered along the way, well a glimpse anyways of their Vietnam travel:

Mode of travel: a bus to commute that looks like a first-class AC train with modern amenities at their disposal, and a view of the outdoors. Psst…what are you looking at Reetu? 😊 and the streets they walk, omg! Love the lanterns and the beautiful lampshades outside the shops, not just the regular lighting which we normally see. To top it off, just add a cruise ship to the list with gorgeous mother nature surrounding you.

Food: The plating looks so appetising, neat and intricate, and the taste…Ah! Delicious. Don’t worry, even vegetarians are in for a treat.

Accommodation:  Stay locations have such exotic views, with lush green meadows in one place while in another area, we are in awe of the majestic mountains that emerge in the middle of the open sea. At times, one gets a fusion of modern and eastern-rural feel.

Activities: there’s a boat ride in adorable bamboo round-shaped boats that will take you through the coconut river… yes, coconut trees growing on the river. If that isn’t enough, the boatmen can take you to a place where they will show their skills and even spin you around while seated in their boats for a thrilling experience.

The lantern market is a sight to behold – vibrant with its colourful nightlife buzz; Oh, and there is a train that literally runs in the middle of the neighbourhood… Amazing!!!

Culture & People: Intriguing and heart-warming, delightful friendly faces… you get the feeling that they have a sense of balance-living and know the importance of socialising: there’s a corner where people just dance to the beautiful music, then an area for building blocks or Jenga time, a cute street for kids to drive their life-size cars, and old folks enjoying a board game.

So folks, hope this has wet your travel appetite and got you planning for a trip specially curated by no other than Jamila & Reetu.
