Madh Island is a group of several quaint fishing villages and farmlands in northern Mumbai. The area is a rural area inhabited primary by Kolis, Marathi, East Indian Roman Catholics in Madh village as well as by people from other communities.
It is a silent, serene and peaceful getaway from the chaotic life of Mumbai. The waters are rough and many have died at the beach. You have been warned!
