Time Commitment:
Each day, you'll commit to two hours of the course—6:00 AM to 7:00 AM IST (Practical) for the morning session, and 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM IST (Theory) for the evening session.

Policy and more
Please go through the schedule carefully to ensure that you are physically and mentally prepared to take up the course, as it could be intensive and challenging for some. Note that refunds, either partial or full, will not be provided at any time during the course.
1) Deposit: Upon acceptance into the training program, the registration deposit sent with the application automatically becomes non-refundable. If an applicant is not accepted, the deposit will be immediately refunded.
2) Course Fee: The balance of the course fee must be paid at the time of enrolment.
3) Cancellation by Yoga with Srinatha: In the unlikely event that the training is canceled, we will refund 100% of your payment or offer an alternative placement. Yoga With Srinatha is not to be held liable for flight costs or any other expenses.
4) Withdrawal by Student: If a student withdraws from the course, the deposit remains non-refundable but can be transferred to a different course date.
By enrolling in our teacher training course, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, and agree to abide by and comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Terms and Conditions
The training is not suitable for pregnant women or anyone on medication for serious physical or mental conditions unless cleared by a doctor's note.
Before starting the course, we ask that all participants confirm they are mentally and physically fit for the intensive practices involved, which may lead to emotional or physical releases.
We encourage each student to take responsibility for their own well-being, listening to their body and mind. If needed, participants should rest or refrain from pushing beyond their personal or mental limitations.
If any trainee experiences a crisis or difficulty during the course, we are here to offer support and guidance to the best of our ability. However, please note that we are not doctors or trained counselors. We have connections with local professionals, including doctors, therapists, and spiritual counselors (both Indian and Western), and can assist in arranging consultations if necessary.
