The bowl is a symbol of emptiness and absolute receptivity. Emptiness is purity, because when a bowl is filled with nothing, it exists in its innate state as a ‘pure bowl,’ offering a tremendous possibility for divinity to fill it.

Emptiness has always been an important aspect of the spiritual journey in Eastern cultures. As mentioned in the Vedas and Upanishads, the Ashramas are the stages in which well-defined actions must be taken to ensure stability, development, and timely progress in life and consciousness. The four Ashramas are Brahmacharya (study), Grihastha (householder), Vanaprastha (retirement), and Sannyasa (renunciation).

Among these, Brahmacharya is considered a significant phase in the evolution of consciousness, where the entire life force is channeled toward realizing the absolute truth. During this journey, the practice of non-attachment is essential, which includes Bhiksha (begging). To carry out Bhiksha, the bowl (Bhiksha Patra) becomes a vital tool on the path.

The bowl also represents the emptied ego and the nullified doer consciousness.

Singing bowls, known by various names around the world—such as meditation chakra bowls, healing singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, or Himalayan singing bowls—have been widely used since ancient times.

Our Singing Bowl and Sound Healing Course includes intensive training in vibrational therapies, such as chakra cleansing and balancing, sound massage, water therapy, chanting, and meditation. The course also includes a singing bowl concert, which blends other musical instruments with singing bowls to create a dynamic performance composed by our highly regarded master. This course is designed to offer a profound insight into sound healing, enabling you to harness the therapeutic benefits of singing bowls and become a sound healer/therapist.
