      - Classes start at 7 am with pranayama, asana, and kriyas.
      - Breakfast for students and teachers from 9 am to 10 am.
      - Yoga philosophy classes from 10 am to 11:30 am.
      - Teaching methodology and alignment sessions from 11:30 am to 1 pm.
      - Lunch break from 1 pm to 3 pm.
      - Physiology and anatomy classes from 3 pm to 4 pm.
