  • By Air: Dubai International Airport (DXB) is the primary airport serving the city and is one of the busiest airports in the world. It is well-connected to major cities around the globe and serves as a hub for many international airlines. Additionally, there is Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), also known as Dubai World Central, which primarily handles cargo flights but also serves some passenger flights.


  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations regarding the initial booking amount.
  • Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
  • Cancellations made 30 days before the trip's start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
  • Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the trip's start date will incur a 75% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
  • Cancellations made within 0-15 days before the trip's start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
  • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading to activity cancellations, the operator will endeavor to provide alternative feasible activities.
  • However, no refunds will be granted for canceled activities due to these circumstances.
  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.

  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

 

  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
