Once you have arrived in Goa, You will be picked up by one of our local ground representatives from your location i.e. Railway Station/Airport. You will be onboarding a private taxi that will help you commute to your pre-booked hotel.
After reaching your property (3 Star), you will be completing your check-in formalities and freshening up.
After that, you are free for the day and will get a chance to visit the local places close to you and try local cuisines along with a visit to local markets close to your stay. The nightlife in Goa is as fresh as a nicely squeezed fresh lime soda.
So, there will be a lot of things to explore as long as the night is young and you have the energy to keep up with it.

Next the day in the morning, after having your breakfast and freshening up. You will be picked up from one of the given locations in the morning and will be taken by a shared transport to visit multiple enticing locations within North Goa. Head out to visit the magnificent Aguada Fort. Later on a beach tour, you can visit

Baga Beach
Anjuna Beach to name a few...
On this trip with your friends/family, you can also enjoy a plethora of water-based activities like skiing, a Banana Boat Ride, and a Bumper Ride.
At the end of the journey, you will be brought back to your hotel and will be free for the rest of the day at your leisure.

On the third day of the Goa Packages for Friends/Family, you will be visiting all the tourist attractions in South Goa on shared transport.
You can have your breakfast at the hotel and then head out to visit Shri Shantadurga Temple at Kavlem and then to Shri Manguesh Temple at Priol. Once you are done visiting the temples, you can visit the Basilica Bom of Jesus and Se Cathedral. Later you can have lunch and head on a beach tour to Dona Paula Bay and Miramar Beach. If you love shopping, then you can also visit the nearby Panjim Flea Market.
Then you will be taken on a dinner boat cruise in the famous Mandovi River. Boat cruises are surely going to be fun with friends, spending some time on the backwaters and capturing those priceless moments will make your days in Goa.
Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

So, most of the day will remain leisurely and carry out a few pre-booked water activities.

On the last day of Goa, you will be returning home with your friends/family after spending some wonderful time in Goa. Check out from the hotel after having a lavish breakfast.
Our representatives will transfer you to the airport or railway station from where you can continue your onward journey.

Reaching Goa is convenient, with several options depending on your starting location:

1. By Air

  • Dabolim Airport (GOI): The main airport in Goa, located near Vasco da Gama, about 30 km from Panaji, the state capital. It is well-connected to major Indian cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and international destinations. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to reach various parts of Goa.

2. By Train

  • Madgaon (Margao) and Vasco da Gama: The two primary railway stations in Goa. They are connected to major cities across India like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad via popular trains such as Konkan Kanya Express, Mandovi Express, and Jan Shatabdi Express.
  • Thivim: Convenient if you're heading to the northern parts of Goa like Baga, Calangute, or Anjuna.

3. By Road

  • Buses: Goa is well-connected by road to major cities like Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Several private and government-operated buses, including Volvo and sleeper coaches, run regularly.
  • Driving: If you prefer a road trip, Goa is accessible via National Highways NH 66 (formerly NH 17) from Mumbai and NH 48 from Bangalore. The drive offers scenic views, especially if you take the coastal routes.

Once in Goa, taxis, rental bikes, and scooters are readily available to help you explore the region at your own pace.


  1. No Refund Policy:

    • All bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  2. Rescheduling Requests:

    • Rescheduling Charges: Any request to reschedule the tour dates or any other aspect of the package will incur a rescheduling fee, which will be communicated at the time of the request. The fee amount will depend on the proximity to the original travel dates and the nature of the requested changes.
    • Approval of Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and the approval of the tour operator. The operator reserves the right to accept or deny any rescheduling request.
  3. Operator-Initiated Changes:

    • The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or other aspects of the tour package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or operational reasons. In such cases, the operator will strive to provide comparable alternatives. No refunds will be issued for changes initiated by the operator.
  4. Finality of Bookings:

    • By booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the strict non-refundable nature of the package and the conditions surrounding rescheduling.

This policy ensures that customers are aware of the strict non-refundable nature of the package, with some flexibility for rescheduling but at a cost. It also gives the operator discretion over any necessary changes.

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. This advance payment ensures the reservation of your spot on the tour and the arrangements as per the package selected.
    • The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment, and a confirmation receipt will be issued.
  2. Balance Payment:

    • The remaining 50% balance payment must be made at least 2 days prior to the date of travel.
    • Failure to make the balance payment within the stipulated time may result in the cancellation of your booking without any refund of the advance payment.
  3. Package Inclusions:

    • The tour package includes only those services and amenities that were specifically mentioned in the package details provided at the time of booking. Any additional services requested by the customer during the tour will be charged extra and must be paid directly to the service provider.
  4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • Advance Payment: The 50% advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Cancellation: If you cancel the booking after making the full payment, the refund (if any) will be subject to the specific cancellation policy of the tour package and may involve deductions. The exact refund amount will be communicated based on the timing and reason for the cancellation.
  5. Rescheduling Policy:

    • Any request to reschedule the tour dates or alter the package must be made as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per the rescheduling policy.
    • The travel company reserves the right to accept or decline any rescheduling requests based on availability and operational considerations.
  6. Operator-Initiated Changes:

    • The travel company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or other aspects of the tour package if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or operational reasons. In such cases, the company will provide alternatives of comparable quality. No refunds will be issued for changes initiated by the operator.
  7. Liability:

    • The travel company will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government regulations.
  8. Travel Documentation:

    • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have all necessary travel documents, including valid identification, visas (if applicable), and any other documents required for the trip.
  9. Compliance with Laws:

    • All customers are required to comply with local laws and regulations during the tour. The travel company will not be responsible for any legal issues arising from non-compliance by the customer.
  10. Acceptance of Terms:

    • By making the advance payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above.

This set of terms and conditions clearly outlines the payment structure, obligations, and policies to ensure transparency and protect both the travel company and the customer.
