Frequently Asked Questionss

Q: Are Visas and Flights Included?
A: Visas and flights are not included as we have travelers coming from different cities of the country and the flight cost varies depending on the city of departure. However we would be guiding you for booking flights and applying for visas.

Q: What if my Visa gets rejected?
A: If your visa gets rejected you can reapply (if time permits) with the help of the visa consultant. Based on the reason for visa rejection you will be guided to add/change certain documents for re-submission. We generally suggest everyone to apply for visas as early as possible so that there is buffer of time to reapply in case of rejection. In case it gets rejected the second time then we refund the money back minus the deposit amount.

Q: What if there are less number of travelers?
A: We need a minimum of 9 or more travelers for the Trip Buddy to accompany. Incase there are lesser travelers, local guides as per the activities are provided + constant backend support from the team is provided.

Q: Will I get assistance on Visas?
A: Intercity travel will be by trains or bus or flight. And intra-city travel will be by local metros/trams/buses to get a pure #livelikealocal experience.

Q: What will be the accommodation like?
A: We will be staying at hostels since it is a true backpacking experience. The hostels will have 6 – 8 bed dorms.

Q: Will I get Vegetarian food easily?
A: Yes. Based on the city you live in we would get you connected with a reliable visa consultant who can guide you through the visa documentations. Along with that we would be providing the necessary vouchers you would require for visa processing.

Q: Can I add more places in the itinerary?
A: You can extend your trip before or after the group trip dates. We can recommend you and guide you about the places that you can visit.
