- All necessary charges including driver night charge, toll tax, and parking fees.
Exclusions
- Tips for guides, drivers, or any support staff.
- Any additional expenses not mentioned in the inclusions.
- Meals during the travel between New Delhi and Chopta.
- Costs for optional activities or entry tickets not specified in the inclusions.
- Insurance and personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, and tips.
- Entry Fees for temples, parks, or attractions.
- Expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions, sickness, or natural disasters.
- Any costs arising from cancellations, roadblocks, or emergencies beyond human control.
- Loss or theft of personal belongings during the trip.
- Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
Policy and more
- Cancellations made 30 days before the date of travel, would not bear 30% cancellation charge and you will get a 100% refund of the booking amount
- Cancellations made within 15-30 days before the date of travel, would cost 50% of the booking amount and the remaining will be refunded
- Cancellations made within 7-15 days before the date of travel, would cost 70% of the booking amount and the remaining will be refunded
- Cancellations made within 0-7 days before the date of travel, would cost 100% of the booking amount and the remaining will be refunded
- An experience can get non-operational due to sudden changes in government policies or regulations, or due to unpredicted weather conditions, leading to required alterations
- In such cases, the tour operators will try their level best to execute the tour with an alternative similar to the booked experience
- Moreover, cancellations due to involuntary conditions like the above are not refunded to cover the operations and tour management cost

- In rare situations of slot unavailability, an alternative to your selected experience will be provided
- After confirming the alternative, an updated confirmation mail voucher will be sent with the alternate activity details and date of travel
