If any trek gets cancelled by the Forest Department due to heavy rain, wildlife movement, or animal spotting, then Sahyadri Sanchaara will not be responsible for the cancellation.
In such situations, our team will try to cover any nearby possible trek or alternative destination based on safety and permissions. These situations are very rare and usually happen only once in 3–4 months, but participants are requested to be aware and cooperate with the team for safety reasons. 🌿
💰 Advance payment is non-refundable regardless of circumstances.
🧾 Full trip payment must be settled before the trip starts; otherwise, trip cancellation may occur.
🆔 Valid government ID is mandatory for boarding. Boarding without ID ❌ not permitted.
✍️ Name changes on bookings are not allowed — only confirmed individuals can travel.
🚫 Unused inclusions will not be refunded.
🎒 Travelers are responsible for their belongings. Management isn’t liable for lost items.
⏰ Departure time is fixed. Be at pickup point 30 minutes early and inform Trip Coordinator(s).
