The campsite will be at Bhandardara which is in the interiors of Maharashtra and one of the darkest spot in our state with least amount of light pollution you will witness the darkest night sky possible. One may see the Milky Way with their naked eyes and spot numerous stars and galaxies that are never visible from the city. For all astrophotography lovers, we'll be taking some killer star-trails and Milky Way pictures. Its goanna be a treat for your lenses. Or if you get tired, you may chill in one of the open tents and immerse yourself under the sky filled with gazillion stars.

Day One - Saturday Bhandardara lake camping
05:00 pm to 06:30 pm - Evening Tea & Snacks
06:00 pm to 07:30 pm - Photoshoot, Sports, Enjoying sunset
07:00 pm to 08:30 pm - Enjoy DJ music & dance
08:00 pm to 09:30 pm - Unlimited Dinner: Enjoy veg / non veg testy and higenic home-made food
09:30 pm to 11:00 pm - Fireflies Sightseeing: Way to sightseeing of fireflies with common guide for all (2km from campsite)
Night stay in tent.
Day Two – Sunday
07:30 am to 09:00 am - Morning Tea & Breakfast.
10:00 am - Check out from the Bhandardara Campsite.
Note
- The sighting of fireflies is a natural phenomenon that depends on weather conditions. We can hope to have a beautiful experience of exploring nature in their presence.
- Participants have to pay forest entry charges at Bhandardara toll gate.
- Please try to reach before time, as forest department will not allow late entry.
- Fireflies site is 2 km from this campsite. You'll have to drive 2 km for same.

The trek leaders have good experience and are very helpful during trek with all the necessary details that one need to know.
I would suggest to carry minimum luggage as possible as the trek is demanding with high endurance so keeping the luggage at minimum only essentials like water, energy bars and drinks, will help you once the 75% bar of the trek is done😅....also would be nice if you practice cardio beforehand atleast 15-20 days if you don't go to gym, it will really aid you.
Overall a very good experience with treks and trails.

- Any kind of cost which is not mentioned in the cost includes above.
- All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like roadblocks, bad weather.
- Any medical / Emergency evacuations if required.
THINGS TO CARRY
- 2/3 liters of water.
- Some Dry fruits / Dry Snacks / Energy Bars.
- Glucon D / ORS / Tang / Gatorade sachets.
- Good Torch must with extra battery.
- One Day Backpack 20 to 30 liters.
- Comfortable footwear
- Extra pair of clothes and towel
- Sun Cap and Sunscreen.
- Personal First aid and Personal Medicine.
- Identity Proof.
- Please wear Full sleeves and Full Track Pant this will protect from Summer Sun / Thorns / Insects / Prickles.
Policy and Terms
- 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
- 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
- No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date
- No show No Refund.
- Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
- Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
- If Trek gets canceled we will refund "Trek Amount" only.
- If the event is canceled due to any natural calamity, political unrest or other such reasons beyond our control the same cancellation policy will apply.
