**2. Cancellation Policy

• 2-3 Days Before Departure:
  • Cancellation Fee: 75% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.
  • Refund Amount: 25% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• 5-7 Days Before Departure:
  • Cancellation Fee: 50% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.
  • Refund Amount: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• 10-15 Days Before Departure:
  • Cancellation Fee: 25% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.
  • Refund Amount: 75% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• More than 15 Days Before Departure:
  • Cancellation Fee: ₹500 processing fee.
  • Refund Amount: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee.
• Cancellation by Travel Never Ends:
  • Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: We reserve the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, or emergencies. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date for the trip, based on availability.

**3. Refund Process

• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
• Partial Refunds: If the refund is due to partial cancellation or a change in the package, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

**4. Changes to Booking

• Change Requests: Requests for changes to the booking must be made at least 15 days before the departure date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

**5. No-Show Policy

• No-Show: No refund will be provided in the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the specified departure date without prior notice).

**6. Important Notes

• Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances or cancellations.
• Booking amount is non refundable if cancellation made by traveller.
• Exclusions: Refunds do not cover personal expenses, additional activities, or services not included in the original package.

XI. In no event will the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits or revenues, business interruption, loss of business opportunities, loss of data or loss of other economic interests, whether in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, warranty or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by You for using the Services giving rise to the cause of action or Rupees One Hundred (Rs. 100) whichever is less

XII. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force major event.
