- Cancellations made 30 days before the date of travel, would not bear 30% cancellation charge and you will get a 100% refund of the booking amount
- Cancellations made within 15-30 days before the date of travel, would cost 50% of the booking amount and the remaining will be refunded
- Cancellations made within 0-15 days before the date of travel, would cost 100% of the booking amount
- An experience can get non-operational due to sudden changes in government policies or regulations, or due to unpredicted weather conditions, leading to required alterations
- In such cases, the tour operators will try their level best to execute the tour with an alternative similar to the booked experience
- Moreover, cancellations due to involuntary conditions like the above are not refunded to cover the operations and tour management cost
