An old-world mountain village with rustice charm, the quaint little village of Chalal is just a 30-min trek away from Kasol. The village is also well-known as the 'hippie's paradise' and 'trance and psychedelic party village'. Situated deep in the Parvati valley along the Parvati river, Chalal village is starting to become a tourist hub for many travelers and earning the nickname of 'Israel of Himachal Pradesh'.
Chalal trek, promising you a tranquil getaway, takes you to an offbeat trail filled with pine trees, river banks, rustic bridges, and attractive little cafes. Chalal hike starts from goSTOPS Kasol crossing the main market and Chalal bridge. The trek to Chalal village ends at Feedom cafe which is a 2 km long distance and takes around an hour to reach. Hike with an experienced and professional guide and listen to his exciting stories.
