Day 1 - BOARDING AT ORIGIN CITY & DRIVE TO BASE CITY - OVERNIGHT JOURNEY
- Get ready to depart from Hyderabad at around 07:00 pm.
- Assemble at the boarding point and start your night journey towards base city
Day 2 - BASE CITY -KEMMANAGUNDI- Z POINT TREK- HIRAKOLALE LAKE
- Wakeup and get freshen up in the train, reach Kemmanagundi – Z point and finish Breakfast in between.
- Reach Z point and start trek to Peak point. Z Point is a wonderful trekking spot and one of the prime place . Z Point is a beautiful spot with deep valleys all around amidst thick green surroundings. The cool breeze on the peak mesmerizes visitors. It is one of the best short treks in Karnataka with beautiful views of nature and valleys. Here we will cover shanthi waterfalls.
- Finish Trek and have lunch.
- Go for sight seeings of Hirekolale Lake ( Hirekolale Lake is one of the most wonderful places to visit in Chikmagalur)
- Move to stay and check into the stay.
Stay: Separate for Men & Women- Non AC Rooms / Dormitory stay .
Day 3 - MULYYANAGIRI PEAK-JHARI WATERFALLS- OVERNIGHT JOURNEY BACK.
- Wake up early morning .
- Start towards to Mullyanagiri Peak.One of the most spectacular attractions in Chikmagalur is Mullayanagiri that is known for its jaw dropping natural beauty. With its calming ambience formed by lush greenery, misty weather and rugged rocks, Mullayanagiri is a heavenly place to relish your vacation.
- Visit Peak and finish breakfast .
- Move to one of the most beautiful and eye catchy Jhari water falls (also known as the Buttermilk Falls)

- Finish lunch & start moving to Base City.

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENTS BY ORGANISER(S):
MOW may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 8 travellers or due to external factors which are beyond our control, such as Natural Hazards like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Virus OutBreak, curfew, etc,
The Team will inform you about alternate events. You can choose to switch to any other event for which seats are available or choose to cancel in this case, the full amount will be refunded(Transportation Cancellation charges will be deducted) On business days, the refund amount will be completed within two weeks. All relevant refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the traveler.
CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE TRAVELER(YOU) :
If you cancel 48 hours before the date of the event: No refund would be provided.
Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc. would not be entertained and no refund or transfer shall be allowed for the same.
No postponing your ticket to future events and no refund within 48 hours of the event start time.
If you cancel 3-6days before the date of the event: you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
If you cancel 7 days before the date of the event: 50 % of the full amount of the trip. (Payment gateway charges will be deducted). On business days, the refund amount will be completed within two weeks. All relevant refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the traveler.

By confirming your booking, you agree that you had the opportunity to read and have read these terms and conditions, agree to them in full.
These booking conditions apply to all trip arrangements made by us which we agree to provide or perform through our listed inclusions and exclusions for every event as part of our contract with you. All references in these conditions to “trip”, “trek”, “booking”, “event” or “arrangements” mean such trip arrangements for the trip on the booked dates unless otherwise stated. References to “departure” and “arrival” mean the start date/time and end date/time of these arrangement. The term “organizer”, “lead”, “captain” refers to the person leading/managing the trip officially on behalf of Meet over the weekend. within the timeframe of the event.
