Yes! Don’t miss out on siddu (a steamed bread), madra (a chickpea curry from Himachal), and local apple-based products like fresh juice or jams, especially in Kalpa and Narkanda.

Will there be mobile connectivity during the trip?

Expect patchy or no network, especially in Chitkul and remote areas en route. It’s recommended that loved ones be informed about the itinerary before the trip begins.

Is this trip suitable for solo female travelers?

Absolutely. Experienced trip leaders guide the group, ensure that accommodations are safe and vetted, and transport is in comfortable, clean AC vehicles. It's a wonderful option for solo travelers exploring in a group.

Can I expect snowfall during the trip?

That depends on the season. Snowfall is common in winter (December to February), especially around Narkanda. However, the main trip season is spring to autumn, when snow might be visible at high peaks but not on the roads.

Is the Suicide Point in Kalpa safe to visit?

Despite its name, Suicide Point is a scenic cliffside viewpoint that is completely safe when approached with caution. Fencing and signage ensure visitor safety.

While the itinerary is fixed for group departures, small adjustments may be possible upon request for private groups. Skipping activities is allowed, but refunds for skipped parts are not applicable.

Are the accommodations heated or insulated for colder nights?

Yes, the accommodations have warm bedding and basic heating to withstand the cold. However, temperatures can still drop significantly, so it is recommended that you carry thermal wear.

Can I extend the trip after it ends in Delhi?

Yes, you're free to plan personal extensions from Delhi. Ensure your onward travel plans don’t conflict with the group departure timings.
