Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s control.

Cancellation Refund will be processed only in the form of HAC wallet Refund is non-transferable Wallet cash can be used within 1 year.
There's no refund if, The person doesn't shows up on the day of travel.
The person voluntarily decides to withdraw from the trip in between.
Terms and Conditions
- Stay can be upgraded to couple sharing rooms Rooms can be provided based on availability.
- Confirmation of stay upgradation should be in written.
- Booking should be done 2 weeks prior the departure date for confirmed Train tickets, if not, can choose the option of Tatkal ticket. Extra charges of Rs. 150/- will be applied for regular tatkal. Premium tatkal charges mayslightly be more.
- Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. May cause itinerary change. We reserve the rights to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing.
