Cancellations before 22nd Dec will given 80% refund of total event ticket amount. No Cancellations will be considered after 22th Dec for any booking. In case of cancellation of event from organizers 5% would be deducted as processing fees and remaining amount will be refunded considering event ticket cost.

In Case of any changes as per govt rules considering corona, you will be informed well in advance about cancellation of event. Organizers are not responsible for your belongings. Any misbehavior will lead to cancellation of booking without any refund and argument. Temp. checking will be done and if you are found ill then booking will be cancelled without any refund. Organizers hold all rights of change/alteration of plan without any prior information as per situation demands. Entry will not be allowed without Mask and Sanitizer. Mask and Sanitizer is compulsory.
