The refund of the trip amount paid will be processed as per the deduction guidelines given below

Cancellations up to 60 days before departure date - 0% deduction
Between 59 days to 45 days before departure - 50% deduction
Between 45 days to 25 days before departure - 70% deduction
Between 24 days to 7 days before departure - 80% deduction
Less than 7 days before departure - no refund

For Long Duration Trips

The refund of the total trip amount paid will be processed as per the deduction guidelines outlined below

Cancellations up to 75 days before departure date - 0% deduction
Between 75 days to 45 days before departure - 50% deduction
Between 45 days to 15 days before departure - 75% deduction
Less than 15 days of departure - no refund

NOTE :-BOOK YOUR TRIP AT-LEAST BEFORE 20 DAY TO GET CONFIRM SEAT IN TRAIN .
* Kindly note that this is a budget trip and not a luxury one. We have taken utmost care to make your trip comfortable and memorable in low budget but we request you to co-operate with us in case if any sudden adversity arises
* Trip host holds all the rights to add or remove any member and do necessary changes in route, activity, time, duration depending on situation and climatic conditions. We kindly request to co-operate with the Organiser's decision as it's all about your safety.

Train Tickets:
    •    Train ticket bookings typically open 2 months before the departure date. There may be a chance your tickets could be RAC (Reservation Against Cancellation) or on a waiting list.
    •    If you book the tour late, please check ticket status with us at the time of booking. You may need to pay an additional amount for confirmed seats through Tatkal booking.

1.    Tatkal Ticket Booking:
    •    If regular train tickets are unavailable, we will opt for Tatkal ticket booking.
    •    Tatkal ticket booking incurs an additional charge of ₹500 per person (as per IRCTC pricing).
    2.    Tatkal Ticket Availability:
    •    While Tatkal tickets can be difficult to confirm, we successfully secure confirmed Tatkal tickets 95% of the time.
    3.    Alternative Arrangements:
    •    If a confirmed Tatkal ticket is unavailable in an AC coach, we will arrange an alternative:
    •    Sleeper class train tickets.
    •    Bus tickets.
    4.    Flight or Bus Option:
    •    If a flight or bus is available from your location, we can book it for you (if requested).
    •    You will need to cover any fare difference for these alternate transport options.
