  • 04:30 AM — Board the hired Non-AC Bus/Tempo for the journey.

  • 08:30 AM — Stop at a designated restaurant to freshen up and have breakfast. (Note: Bathing not available at this stop.)

  • Proceed to Golden Temple (Tibetan Monastery) and reach by Noon. Begin exploring the temple and its surroundings.

  • After the visit, enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant.

  • Post-lunch, proceed to Dubare Elephant Camp for an engaging experience.

  • Later, head to Coorg for check-in at the stay. Freshen up and relax.

  • End the day with dinner and a peaceful Good Night.

  • Proceed to Mandalpatti Peak Point to enjoy the scenic views and explore the surroundings.

  • Depart for Chikmagalur. En route, visit the Belur Temple and stop for lunch.

  • Proceed to Yagachi Dam Backwaters for a visit.

  • Arrive in Chikmagalur by 07:00 PM.

  • Check into the rooms, freshen up, and have dinner.

  • End the day with a good night's rest.

  • Transportation: Travel from Origin City to Origin City by Sleeper Class (SL) Train.

    Please Note:
    We will assist you in booking train tickets based on availability. In case tickets are not available under the general quota, we will attempt to book them through the Tatkal Quota. However, ticket confirmation is subject to availability on the IRCTC server at the time of booking, and we cannot guarantee confirmation.

  • Local transportation by Non-AC Tempo Traveller.

  • 2 Nights Accommodation at Hotel/Homestay (on Triple/Quad Sharing Basis — separate arrangements for men and women).

  • Guided Trip Charges.

  • All required Entry Fees and Permissions.

  • Jeep Rides to:

    • Mandalpatti Peak

    • Mullayanagiri Peak

    • Jhari Waterfalls

  • Expenses for Driver’s Food, Driver Allowance (Beta), Parking Fees, and Toll Charges.

No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations under any circumstances.

CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENTS BY ORGANISER(S):
MOW (Meet Over The Weekend) reserves the right to cancel an event under the following conditions:

  • If the minimum number of travelers (8) is not met.

  • Due to external factors beyond our control, such as natural calamities (heavy rains, earthquakes, landslides), strikes, bandhs, curfews, virus outbreaks or other unforeseen emergencies.

In such cases, the MOW team will inform you about alternative event options. You can choose to:

  • Transfer your booking to another available event.

  • Opt for a full refund (Transportation cancellation charges will be deducted).

All refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the traveler’s account within two business weeks.

CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE TRAVELER (YOU):

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the event start time:
    No refund will be provided.
    Last-minute cancellations due to personal reasons such as work or health will not be entertained.
    No ticket transfer or postponement will be permitted.

  • Cancellation between 3 to 6 days before the event:
    Tickets can be transferred to a friend. We would be happy to accommodate them, saving you from a financial loss.

  • Cancellation 7 or more days before the event:
    50% of the trip amount will be refunded (excluding payment gateway charges).
    Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within two business weeks.
