Day 1 - Journey to Heaven in Forest - Dandeli | Water activities

- Arrive at Hubli and board a tempo & Quick Fresehn-up and Have Breakfast.
- Travel to Dandeli, estimated time of arrival by 10:30 AM. Breakfast will be served upon arrival.
- Head to the water sports zone to enjoy various activities such as Boating, Kayaking, Zorbing, Rafting.
- Spend the afternoon engaging in water sports activities.
- Return to the accommodation for check-in, lunch, and leisure activities including swimming pool, rain dance, and games.
- Enjoy Dinner followed by a campfire session (Subject to Availability)
- Overnight stay in comfortable camping Tents (Separate accommodations are provided for men and women)
Day 2 - Day 2: Vibhoothi Falls & Gokarna Exploration

- Depart for Vibhoothi Falls, enjoying a delicious breakfast en route.
- Arrive at Vibhoothi Falls and begin a refreshing short trek through lush greenery.
- Return to the base point, followed by a simple lunch or snacks to re-energize.
- Head towards Om Beach, Gokarna.
- Here, you may opt for a scenic boat ride (optional & self-paid) to explore hidden beaches and even spot playful dolphins at Dolphin Point.
- Experience Magic: Witness a surreal Gokarna sunset from Om Beach — an unforgettable moment.
- Check-in to our campsite for a cozy evening under the stars.
Day 3 - Visit Murudeshwar,Honnavar & Hubli

- On the way, we drift into the dreamy Honnavar Backwaters. Think calm waters, cool breeze, and an optional boat ride (self-paid, unlimited vibes). Perfect spot to make memories… and maybe your next profile picture.
- Afternoon munchies? Sorted! Relish a delicious lunch, and if time plays nice, we’ll dash over to the majestic Mirjan Fort—your chance to feel like royalty in trekking shoes.
- After that, we hit the road toward Hubli, soaking up scenic landscapes like nature’s own Netflix.
- Evening: Arrive in Hubli, gather your bags, double-check your tickets, and get ready to hop onto your train/bus—hearts full, camera rolls fuller.

Policy and more
- No cancellations will be taken over call or whatsApp msg. Please reply in email with payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking.
- No Show . No refund.
- If remaining payment is not received 7 days before the event start date, Your slot is assumed to be cancelled.
- Incase of government orders, harsh weather conditions , protests , landslides or any other unforeseen circumstances , we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even certain activities are cancelled , the organisation provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.
- If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), Offbeat Compass will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed upto same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
- If a trek or trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.). No refund would be provided.
- Any extra expense coming due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Train Cancellations etc.), Will be born by customer. Offbeat Compass will not be liable.
Terms and Conditions
- Trip shall only be confimed if atleast 60 travellers are registered.
- No refund shall be made with respect to the initial advance booking amount.
- Except UPI transactions, Additional platform charges apply to all payments.
- Please note that this is a budget backpacking trip, not a luxury one. Travelling time is more, since we only have 3 days of limited time & we need to travel to places wherever they are.
- The itinerary is subject to changes by the trip organizer subject to traffic/overcrowded/road blocks/govt. restrictions/any factors which are not under our control. Any extra costs arising during those times, should be borne directly by the client on the spot.
- IN MONSOON the activities availability is subject to WEATHER CONDITIONS . If activtites are closed due to rains we will cover jungle hike, Syntheri Rocks or some other places.
- Organizer has the right to modify route, activities, and members for safety reasons. Your cooperation is appreciated. Additionally, be prepared to adapt & handle any extra expenses & challenges that may rise independently in unforeseen situations.
- No Hidden commissions are drawn by us.
- Swimming and Boating will be covered in the rafting
- For other activities, We proceed as per the KARNATAKA TOURISM costs available at that specific time
- If a separate room for couple is required, extra charges of 1000/- per person per night are applicable (Based on availability only).
- Tickets are subject to availablity, book atleast 2 months before for confirmed train tickets. In case of unavailability of train tickets, need to proceed for TATKAAL quota with extra charges of 600/-
- TATKAAL quota is 50-50 chances of getting confirmed tickets, in case of failed booking, need to book bus tickets as per the MRP as extra charges at that instant of time.
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
