If you're planning to go on the Prashar Lake Trek here are some things you should consider carrying:

2. Water bottle: You'll need to carry your own water bottle and purification tablets to ensure you have access to safe drinking water.

3. First aid kit: Carry a first aid kit with essentials like bandages, pain relief sprays, antiseptic creams, and any medication you might need.

4.Headlamp or flashlight: For better visibility in the dark.

5.Sunscreen and sunglasses: To protect yourself from the harsh sun rays. Trekking poles: To help you maintain your balance and provide support while walking.

6. Energy bars and dry fruits: Carry some snacks that can provide you with instant energy and are easy to carry.

7.Camera: A good camera to capture the beautiful views and memories of your trip. Make sure you also carry a map, compass, and a mobile phone with a power bank.

It's always a good idea to check the weather forecast before you go and carry appropriate gear accordingly.

It's best to carry a 60-liter backpack, but the amount of weight you should carry depends on your needs and capacity. There will be porters and mules, but they will cost extra.

During this trek, you will eat Indian vegetarian food and eggs. Himalayan water is thought to be clean, but you will get water that has been boiled and treated with chlorine tablets just to be safe.

No, it is against the rules to use these substances on any kind of trip. since both of these can make it easy for your body to lose water. Then it will be very hard for you to do the stretches. When you drink alcohol, the pores in your skin will open up, letting the cold in. This will make your body temperature match the temperature outside. But in the end, it will make you feel dry and thirsty. So, don't smoke or drink alcohol while you are on the trek.

Dayara Bugyal trek is thought to be an easy-to-moderate trek that is good for both experts and people who have never done a trek before. Beginners will be able to do the trek if they follow a good fitness plan before the trip and are healthy enough to meet the trek's health requirements. But keep in mind that if you don't mentally and physically prepare for this trek, you will find it hard to finish because of heart problems. Follow the regular practise or jogging to keep your body in good shape so you can go on this beautiful trip.

In April, the trails will be covered in snow, and from December on, the area will be getting colder. During the day, it will be sunny, and the temperature will be between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius. At night, it will be between 2 and 10 degrees Celsius. During the summer, the temperature will reach 25 degrees Celsius during the day, but it will be only 15 degrees Celsius at night. The trek should not be done during the monsoon because there could be landslides during the trek.

From December onward, you will walk 9 kilometres every day and witness snow. Dayara Bugyal is a fantastic choice if you want a less crowded hike, especially in winter. Skiing makes Dayara Bughyal ideal for winter trips. Skiing will be popular from January through March due to heavy snowfall. Beginner skiers love Barnala.

Dayara Bugyal hike is for anyone. You can journey alone, with one, two, or many companions here. You will love the walk. Even alone, you won't have any problems here, but having company doubles and triples the fun. Despite the risks, many want to go alone. You can securely trek in one line alone or with others.
