The Tridoshas are three energies that govern your body. When they are imbalanced, it can lead to illness. Our treatments help to balance the Tridoshas and restore your health.

Yoga and meditation

We also encourage you to participate in our yoga sessions, including pranayama and meditation. These will help you recover from stress and bring your body and mind back into balance.

Policy and Terms

  • Advance payment: A 50% advance is required to confirm a booking.
  • Cancellations:
    • More than 21 days before arrival: Full refund, less a nominal booking fee of Rs. 5,000.
    • 15 to 21 days before arrival: 50% of the advance is forfeited.
    • Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the advance is forfeited.
  • Postponements:
    • More than 21 days before arrival: Full carry-over of the advance amount.
    • 15 to 21 days before arrival: The remaining 50% of the advance will be seen as an advance against the new dates.
    • Less than 14 days before arrival: The postponed booking will be treated as a fresh booking, which will again attract the 50% advance clause.
  • Early departure:
    • Retention charges of 3 nights or the balance nights, whichever is less, will be applicable.
    • The package tariff will still apply in full.
    • The only exception is if the doctor orders the guest to cut short their stay. In this case, the package costs for the treatments missed on doctor’s instructions will be deducted from the package.
