Arrive at Pune Railway Station in the early morning hours.
Freshen up at the station before departure.
Board a Non-AC Private Vehicle from Pune.
En route, stop at a local restaurant for breakfast.
Arrive at the Andharban trek starting point.
Receive a briefing from the trek leader about the trail, safety instructions, and expectations.
Start the Andharban Dark Forest Trek – an immersive 14 km (one-way) trek through dense, misty forest landscapes.
Duration: Approx. 7 hours
Experience waterfalls, valleys, and the magical greenery of the Western Ghats.
Enjoy a local lunch at stalls along the route or near the endpoint, depending on timing.
Complete the trek and head back to the base village.
Proceed to our homestay for check-in and freshening up.
Relish a simple, homemade dinner at the homestay.
Relax and unwind with your fellow trekkers.

Note:
Beds will not be available; everyone will sleep on the floor.

Day 2 - Devkund Waterfall Trek & Departure

Trek

Breakfast (Poha)
Wake up early at 4 AM and complete basic freshening up.
Prepare for the morning trek to Devkund Waterfall.
Begin the Devkund Waterfall Trek.
The trail is approximately 5 km one way through serene forest paths and scenic landscapes.
Reach the breathtaking Devkund Waterfall, spend some time enjoying the views, and click a few memorable pictures.
Trek back to the homestay.
Enjoy a fresh local breakfast on arrival.
Pack up and check out from the homestay.
Depart from the village towards the base city via private vehicle.
Stop en route for a delicious local lunch.
Reach the train/bus station for your return journey.
Board the train or bus back to your hometown.

No refund shall be made for the initial booking amount under any circumstances.
🔹 Cancellations & Postponements by Organiser (MOW):
MOW reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event in the following situations:
If the minimum number of travellers (8) is not met.
Due to uncontrollable external factors such as:
Natural calamities (heavy rains, earthquakes, landslides)
Strikes, bandhs, curfews
Virus outbreaks or government restrictions
Other unforeseen emergencies
In such cases, participants may choose to:
Transfer the booking to an alternative available event.
Opt for a full refund (deducting any applicable transportation cancellation charges).
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within two business weeks.
🔹 Cancellations by the Traveller (You):
▪ Cancellation within 48 hours of event start time:
No refund will be issued.
Last-minute cancellations due to personal issues (health, work, etc.) will not be entertained.
No ticket transfer or date rescheduling allowed.
▪ Cancellation 3 to 6 days before the event:
Ticket can be transferred to a friend with prior notice.
No refund, but your friend can participate in your place.
▪ Cancellation 7 or more days before the event:
50% refund of the trip amount (excluding payment gateway charges).
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within two business weeks.

Terms and Conditions
1. Participation & Eligibility
Participants must be aged 18 or above. Minors (15–17) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Basic physical fitness is required, as the itinerary includes moderate trekking.
Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the trek leaders and organizers at all times.
2. Booking & Payments
Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm participation.
The initial booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable.
3. Travel & Accommodation
Sleeper class train tickets (SL class) will be arranged as per availability; seat/berth preferences cannot be guaranteed.
Local transportation will be provided in Non-AC vehicles (Tavera/Tempo/Mini Bus).
Accommodation will be on a sharing basis:
Basic homestay (shared hall with mats and blankets)
4. Food & Beverages
Only the meals mentioned in the itinerary (2 breakfasts, 2 dinners – all vegetarian) are included.
Participants are advised to carry their own dry snacks and refillable water bottles.
Alcohol and drug use are strictly prohibited during the event.
5. Code of Conduct
Respect local customs, fellow travellers, trek leaders, and the natural environment.
Littering, misbehaviour, or damage to property (homestays, vehicles, campsite) may lead to immediate removal from the event without refund.
Participants must comply with safety instructions provided by the guides at all times.
6. Health & Safety
Participants must inform the organisers of any pre-existing medical conditions before the trip.
Basic first aid will be available, but the organisers are not liable for any medical emergencies.
MOW is not responsible for any injury, accident, illness, or loss of life caused due to natural hazards or personal negligence.
7. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary is subject to change depending on weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
MOW reserves the right to cancel or modify the event without prior notice in such cases. Suitable alternatives or refunds (as per policy) will be offered.
8. Personal Belongings
Participants are solely responsible for their belongings throughout the trip.
Avoid carrying expensive electronics, valuables, or heavy luggage.
MOW is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

Accommodation is a shared homestay in Bhira village with basic amenities. Beds are not provided; participants sleep on the floor with mats and bedsheets.

10. Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Yes, up to 3 days before the event, you can transfer your booking to a friend with prior notice to the organizers.
11. Will there be washroom facilities available?
Yes, basic washroom facilities will be available at both the homestay and the campsite. However, please note these are rural locations, and facilities may be minimal.
12. Is alcohol or smoking allowed?
No. This is a strictly no-alcohol, no-smoking trip. Consumption of alcohol or intoxicants during the event will lead to immediate removal without refund.
