🚘 Day 1 – Delhi to Sonprayag Travel Plan

Our journey begins from Delhi, heading towards Sonprayag – the gateway to Kedarnath. We follow the beautiful Devprayag route, which offers stunning views of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers.

🛑 On the way, we’ll stop at Devprayag, the sacred confluence where Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers meet to form the holy Ganga.

🛕 We’ll also visit the powerful Dhari Devi Temple, one of the most important Shakti Peeths in Uttarakhand, nestled right by the riverbank.

After these spiritual stops, we continue our journey and reach our hotel in Sonprayag, located right near Sitapur Bus Parking – where all vehicles are stationed before the Kedarnath trek.

We check in, have dinner, and rest up for the big day ahead. 🌙🛌

🛕 Day 2 – Journey to Kedarnath

Day 2 is one of the most significant and spiritually charged days of the trip as we begin our trek to the sacred Kedarnath Dham.

🥾 The trek begins directly from the hotel (located near Sitapur/Sonprayag).
From here, you’ll walk to Sonprayag and then take a local jeep to Gaurikund, which is the official starting point of the Kedarnath trek.

🚖 Note: The local jeep from Sonprayag to Gaurikund costs ₹50 per person – this charge is not included in the package.

🛤️ Begin your 16–18 km trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath, passing through scenic mountain paths and spiritual landmarks.

🛻 For return the next day:
Kedarnath → Trek down to Gaurikund → Local jeep to Sonprayag → Walk back to hotel or inform the driver for pickup.

🏨 After darshan and spending some time in the divine presence of Lord Shiva, we check into our hotel in Kedarnath and rest for the night.

🛕 Day 3 – Trek Back from Kedarnath to Hotel (Sitapur/Sonprayag)

After a peaceful morning pooja and a hearty breakfast at Kedarnath, we begin our trek back towards Gaurikund, retracing the same route we took on the way up.

🚖 From Gaurikund, take a local shared jeep (₹50 per person) to reach Sonprayag.

🚶 From Sonprayag, you’ll walk back to the hotel on your own, located nearby in the Sitapur/Sonprayag area – a familiar and easy-to-follow path used by all yatris.

🏨 Once back, check in to your hotel and relax for the rest of the day.

🍽️ In the evening, a hot dinner will be served at the hotel, giving you time to unwind, reflect, and recharge.

🌙 The day is kept free and easy so you can soak in the spiritual energy of the journey and rest well for the days ahead.

🛕 Day 4 – Sonprayag to Badrinath | Evening Aarti Darshan

🍽️ Start your day with a wholesome breakfast at the Sonprayag hotel and get ready for the next divine chapter of the yatra.

🚗 Post breakfast, we proceed towards Badrinath Dham, one of the most sacred Char Dhams in India.
🗺️ En route, we’ll enjoy scenic mountain drives and stop for local sightseeing to take in the natural and spiritual beauty of the region.

🏞️ As we drive along, the river valleys and Himalayan peaks offer breathtaking views, making this journey as peaceful as the destination itself.

🛕 Upon reaching Badrinath, we check into the hotel and freshen up.

🌅 In the evening, get ready for the magical experience of the Badrinath Aarti – a soulful ritual that fills the air with chants and divine energy. Truly unforgettable.

🍛 After darshan, enjoy a hot dinner at the hotel and rest well with an overnight stay in Badrinath.

🌄 Day 5 – Badrinath Exploration & Return to Delhi

🕕 Wake up early to breathe in the calm mountain air and get ready for a spiritually rich morning.

🍽️ Enjoy a fresh and energizing breakfast at the hotel.

🛕 Head to Badrinath Temple to attend the early morning Aarti, a divine experience filled with chants, lamps, and pure devotion.

🏞️ After darshan and checkout, we proceed for local sightseeing, starting with the sacred Mana Village – the last Indian village before the Indo-Tibetan border.

📍 Places to visit in Mana:

• 🌊 Saraswati River – see the mystical river emerging from the mountains

• 🕉️ Ganesh Gufa – the legendary cave where Lord Ganesha wrote the Mahabharata

• 📖 Vyas Gufa – where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the epic

📸 These stops offer perfect moments to soak in history, spirituality, and scenic beauty before wrapping up the journey.

🛣️ After completing sightseeing, we begin our return drive to Delhi, carrying unforgettable memories, spiritual vibes, and stories to cherish for a lifetime.
