Policy and Terms

• If cancellation done by participant prior to 45 days of the Event,50% of the advance amount will be deducted
• If cancellation done by participant prior to 30 days of the Event,100% of the advance amount will be deducted
• If cancellation done by participant between 15 to 30 days of the Event, 50% of whole trip amount will be deducted
• If cancellation done by participant between 7 to 15 days of the Event, 75% of whole trip amount will be deducted
• If cancellation done by participant within 7 days of the Event, 100% of whole trip amount will be deducted

Terms and Conditions

• Any additional expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like cancellation/ roadblocks/landslides/strike or any other natural causes out of human control or any emergency evacuation expenses will be borne by the travellers
• In case of cancellation of any event due to reasons beyond control (like Natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc.), refund shall be payable with respect to the given refund norms.
• Wandering Souls will not be responsible for any losses incurred for any train/air/bus/taxi bookings, hotel bookings or extension to the camp done by clients/participants

Do I need a visa to travel to Dubai?
Yes, Indian citizens require a visa to travel to the UAE. Visa Fees is included in our trip cost. Your passport should have a validity of at least 6 months on the date of travel.

What is the best time to visit Dubai?
The best time to visit is during the cooler months from October to April. The weather is more pleasant, making outdoor activities and sightseeing more enjoyable.

What is the currency used in Dubai?
The currency used is the UAE Dirham (AED). It's advisable to carry some local currency for small purchases, although credit/debit cards are widely accepted.

Is it safe to travel to Dubai and Abu Dhabi as an Indian tourist?
Yes, Dubai & Abu Dhabi are generally considered very safe for tourists. Both cities have low crime rates and are known for their strict security measures.

What is the dress code for tourists in Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
While Dubai and Abu Dhabi are relatively liberal compared to other Middle Eastern destinations, it's respectful to dress modestly in public places. Swimwear is appropriate at beaches and pools, but more covered attire is recommended in other areas.

Can I use my Indian SIM card in Dubai?

Can I come alone?
Yes, many of our participants are solo travellers.

Is it safe for a female solo traveller?
It is completely safe for a female solo traveller as our representatives will be there with you all the time. Moreover, most of our events have 60% female participation.

How will you contact me once I register?
We will be mailing you the details once you register. We will also create a WhatsApp group 2 weeks before the trip

What is the stay like in Dubai Trip?
We, at Wandering Souls plan our stays in areas which is vibrant and well connected. Our stay for this trip will be in Al Barsha area which is in proximity to many attractions and well connected by Dubai Metro.

Accommodation will be on Double sharing basis. In an unlikely case of odd number of male/female participants 1 or max 2 rooms will be triple sharing (only where the room is big enough).
