Dandeli, on the other hand, is renowned for its rich wildlife. It serves as a natural habitat for tigers, leopards, black panthers, elephants, gaur, deer, antelopes, and bears. Designated as a tiger reserve in 2007, Dandeli is the second largest wildlife sanctuary in Karnataka.   • -Morning: Embark on an exciting trek, carrying a packed breakfast to keep you energized for the journey.( Kullem - Goa)

    -Reporting time at 4.00 AM At Kullem ( Trekking starting point )

    -4.30 AM, we start Trekking from Kullem to sonolium by Railway track (5km approx)

    *Note - will not proceed Trek post 5am .

    -Then will head towards Dudhsager water falls by entering the Forest area with jungle trekking and by river crossing which is most adventurous in the trek. 6km approx

    -Will reach to falls down point and have water splash.

    -We cover all mojor 3 view point of Falls.

    -Head back to Sonolium and have lunch then head back to Kullem by 3pm .

    -Continue your journey with visits to some of Dandeli’s hidden gems (if time allows), taking in the breathtaking sights.

    -7:00 PM: Begin your journey back to Bangalore, reminiscing about the adventure as you depart.

    -9:00 PM: Enjoy a self-sponsored dinner en route, savoring the last moments of the trip.

Weather-Related Cancellations:
If the weather is deemed unsuitable for the trek by the organizers, and no alternative dates are available, a full refund will be provided.
If the weather is unsuitable but alternative dates are available, the trek will be rescheduled, and no refund will be provided.

Rescheduling:
In cases where the trek is rescheduled due to weather conditions, participants will be offered new dates. The rescheduled trek will be of equal or similar value, and the original booking will be transferred to the new dates.
Participants are required to confirm their availability for the rescheduled dates within a specified period. Failure to confirm may result in forfeiture of the booking.

No Refund Policy:
No refunds will be provided if the trek is rescheduled to an available date due to unsuitable weather conditions. Participants are expected to adjust to the new dates offered.
In the event of a cancellation request by the participant for reasons other than unsuitable weather, no refund will be issued.

Force Majeure:
In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies), the above policies will apply. However, the organizers reserve the right to make exceptions or modifications as necessary.

Communication:
All cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests must be communicated in writing. The organizers will provide timely updates and confirmations regarding any changes in the trek schedule.

This policy is designed to ensure the safety of all participants while also providing flexibility in cases where weather conditions impact the planned trek.

1. Where is Dudhsagar Waterfall located?

Dudhsagar Waterfall is a four-tiered waterfall on the Mandovi River, located inside the Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary in Goa, near the Karnataka-Goa border.


2. How far is Dudhsagar from Bangalore?

  • Distance: ~550–600 km

  • Travel time: 10–12 hours by train or car, depending on the route and mode of travel


3. What are the ways to reach Dudhsagar from Bangalore?

🚆 By Train (Most Popular):

  • Trains to Kulem or Castle Rock:

    • Board a night train from Bangalore to Kulem or Castle Rock (stations closest to the falls).

    • From Kulem, you can jeep trek or hike to the falls.

  • Popular trains: Vasco Express, Goa Express

🚗 By Road:

  • Drive via NH48 → NH67 → NH748

  • Can go via Hubli – Londa – Mollem – Kulem

  • You’ll need to reach Kulem to access the waterfall via jeep safari


4. What is the best time to visit Dudhsagar Falls?

  • Best time: July to October (post-monsoon for full flow)

  • Avoid: May–June (too hot) and peak monsoon weeks (access can be restricted due to rain)


5. Are private vehicles allowed to the waterfall?

No. Private vehicles are not allowed inside the forest beyond Kulem or Castle Rock. You must:

  • Take a jeep safari (from Kulem, operated by forest department)

  • Or hike from Castle Rock (if permitted)


6. Is trekking to Dudhsagar allowed?

  • Trekking is currently restricted from railway tracks (safety and forest rules)

  • Trekking is sometimes allowed via Kulem forest route, but it depends on current forest regulations

  • Always check with local authorities or a licensed tour operator


7. Do I need permission to visit Dudhsagar Falls?

Yes, if entering via jeep safari or forest trails, you need:
