Policy and Terms
>60 days : no fee applies
30-60 days : 50 % of the activity fee held as cancellation
10-29 days : 75 %of the activity fee held as cancellation
1-9 days: 90% of the activity fee held as cancellation
The same day will be 100% of the workshop fee held as a cancellation..

Payment:
Full course fees, inclusive of 18% GST, are due at enrollment.
Attendance:
Prompt attendance is expected for all sessions; missed sessions may require rescheduling.
Certification:
Successful completion grants Emergency First Response® certification valid for two years.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Subject to the center's refund policy; cancellations may incur fees.
Conduct:
Participants must maintain respectful behavior; disruptive conduct may result in expulsion.
Liability:
Participants acknowledge inherent risks; the center and instructors are not liable for injuries.
Modifications:
The center reserves the right to modify content, schedule, or instructors as needed.
