The dream ride for any adventure & travel enthusiast is a dream ride as you will go through the most vivacious route in the world by crossing the breath-taking views of Himalayas by crossing the Pagal Nala, Rumsti and upshi, enjoy the ride on the Gata loops and know the exciting ghost story of Gatal loops . After travelling the whole day by learning the element of patience in life we reach the destination for the day “Leh” to rest.

  • Drive through Gata loops - 21 hairpin bends or loops about 7 km. Dont forget to know the mysterious ghost story.
  • Cross Nakee la, another completely deserted place with water crossing. Drive towards Lachalung la - Hold on your breath to witness the real beauty of unique soil formations and God's own roads.

we begin exploring the mesmerizing landscapes of Leh and Ladakh, where lush meadows, Chinar forests, and apple orchards gradually give way to barren yet stunning terrain. Our first stop is **Leh Palace**, an ancient royal residence that offers a panoramic view of the town and its rugged surroundings. Next, we visit the **Shanti Stupa**, a magnificent white-domed structure that radiates peace and provides breathtaking views of Leh under the golden sun. Strolling through the **local markets**, we get a taste of the region’s unique culture, with traditional Ladakhi crafts, souvenirs, and delicious local delicacies. Finally, we embark on an exhilarating drive to **Khardung La**, the world’s highest motorable road, where we experience the thrill of standing at an altitude of 18,380 feet before returning to our comfortable stay in Leh.

As we descend, the landscape transforms, leading us to the stunning **Pangong Lake**, the world’s highest saltwater lake, famous for its ever-changing shades of blue. The serene beauty of Pangong, surrounded by towering mountains, is a sight to behold, making it a perfect spot for photography and relaxation. Along the way, we keep an eye out for the elusive **marmots**, friendly high-altitude rodents that often make an appearance near the lake. After soaking in the mesmerizing views, we settle in for a peaceful **night stay in tents by Pangong Lake**, experiencing the magic of a starlit sky in the heart of Ladakh.

we leave **Pangong Lake** and set out on an adventurous journey toward **Hanle Village**, one of Ladakh’s most remote and beautiful destinations. Along the way, we visit the **Rezang La War Memorial**, a tribute to the brave soldiers who fought in the 1962 Indo-China war. Driving through the high-altitude landscapes of **Loma and Tsaga villages**, we witness the untouched beauty of Ladakh and get a glimpse of the traditional lifestyle in these isolated settlements.  

Upon reaching **Hanle Village**, we experience its peaceful charm and visit the famous **Hanle Observatory**, one of the highest astronomical observatories in the world. The pollution-free skies make it a perfect spot for stargazing, offering a breathtaking view of the Milky Way. After a long and scenic drive, we settle in for the night, surrounded by the tranquility of Ladakh’s remote wilderness.

We then explore **Shey Palace**, a historic royal residence offering panoramic views of the Indus Valley. The drive is filled with breathtaking sights of rugged mountains, picturesque valleys, and traditional Ladakhi villages. By evening, we reach **Leh**, where we relax and unwind at our stay, reminiscing about the incredible journey to Umling La.

We then arrive at **Sonmarg**, also known as the **Valley of Meadows**, where we visit the famous **Thajiwas Glacier**, surrounded by coniferous trees and pristine landscapes. By evening, we reach **Srinagar**, where we settle into a traditional houseboat on **Dal Lake**, experiencing the charm of Kashmir’s floating market and serene waters.

As we near the end of our adventure, we continue our drive back to **Chandigarh**, reminiscing about the incredible experiences and breathtaking places we explored over the past 12 days. By evening, we reach Chandigarh, marking the conclusion of our unforgettable journey through the Himalayas.

  9. Water bottle - 2 Liters. Get your own bottles, we avoid buying of plastic bottles. 
  10. Photo ID ( Passport, Employee/College ID, PAN card/Election Card/ Driving License) with a Xerox copy.
  11. Toiletries (Toothbrush, Paste, Small towel/napkin, Comb, Sanitary Pads).
  12. 2 biodegradable plastic bags medium size to carry waste.

Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s control.

 

In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the trip at any time, either due to lack of batch formation or other factors. If we cancel the trip, a full refund will be provided.
If you cancel, the following policy applies:

 

Cancellation Refund will be processed only in the form of HAC wallet
Refund is non-transferable

  • Wallet cash can be used within 1 year.
  • There's no refund if,
  • The person doesn't shows up on the day of travel.
  • The person voluntarily decides to withdraw from the trip in between.

Limitations & Liability

We accept liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control, and, therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where, for some reason, we are not prepared to accept liability.

  • In the event that you miss your train or bus for any reason during your onward or return journey, the company shall not be responsible for any financial reimbursement. However, we will assist you in finding alternative transportation options to ensure your continued travel.
     
  • The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever, be liable to the client or any person traveling with him or her for any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or theft howsoever caused
  • The company does not own or control hotels, coaches, or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour, therefore, we cannot be held liable.
  • Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier, or agents.
  • Where the failures in the performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
  • Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the holiday provision and are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
  • We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons.

 

Train Tickets

Though we try our best, we cannot assure you a confirmed train ticket as train department is under the government, where we have no control or so.

Our packages from Ex- Hyd includes Sleeper class train tickets,

  • If you choose to travel in 3AC/2AC/1AC, you'll be charged more according to the prices shown in IRCTC.
  • Though we let you know your train ticket status, We request you to check the status at frequent intervals if the tickets aren't CNF.
  • If the tickets are in RAC/ WL even two days before the departure date, we suggest you to opt for Tatkal, which may slightly cost you more.
  • There's a higher probability of getting a CNF ticket if we try for Premium Tatkal or 3AC.
  • If the train tickets are in WL and there's a bus facility to your chosen destination, We suggest you opt for a bus.
  • For extra charges, we request that you approach our office team.
  • The extra amount collected for Tatkal is according to the prices shown in IRCTC. No extra amount shall be charged by us for booking Tatkal

Surcharge

The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.

 

Right to amend the itinerary

Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary.

Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time without any prior notice, and you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity.

 

Others

  • Weed or any other narcotics is strictly prohibited from entire event!
  • Be cooperative with fellow Participants
  • Do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
  • Do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute-free.
