Day 1 - ARRIVAL AT GUWAHATI | GUWAHATI TO DAWKI

Your most awaited journey will start from Guwahati airport or railway station.
Afterwards, travel to Dawki, which is famous for the fascinating turquoise Dawki River that resembles a glass surface.
While traveling, we would stop at the Krang Shuri Waterfall, which is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Meghalaya with its silky cascading water. We’ll also be visiting Laitlum Canyons, which is a vantage point from where you get to see a panoramic view of the valleys of Meghalaya.
Upon arrival, Dawki We will check into camping. Overnight stay at Dawki.
Day 2 - DAWKI TO CHERRAPUNJI

Post breakfast, we’ll indulge in adventure activities like cliff jumping and boating in the river at Dawki.
Afterward, we’ll head towards Cherrapunji, which is popular for its living root bridges and the abundance of rainfall that this town witnesses every year.
En route, we’ll traverse the IndoBangla Border as we visit Mawlynnong, famous as the cleanest village in Asia. Enjoy the journey through curvy roads and explore the scenic beauty along with the fantastic views
Upon our arrival in Cherrapunji, we’ll check into our hotel, where we’ll spend the night.
Day 3 - CHERRAPUNJI LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

- After an early morning breakfast, we’ll also visit the Seven Sister Falls, which is a beautiful seven-segmented waterfall stretching along a rocky cliff. Afterward, we’ll be visiting one of the most notable landmarks in Cherrapunji, which is the Mawsmai Caves.
- Then we’ll head towards Nongriat village and start our trek to the iconic Double Decker Living Roots Bridge.
- Afterward, we’ll head back to the hotel. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.
Day 4 - CHERRAPUNJI TO SHILLONG

After an early morning breakfast, we’ll check out of our hotel and head towards Shillong.
En route, we visit the Garden of Caves and Nohkalikai Waterfall, which is the tallest plunge waterfall in Meghalaya.
Finish lunch, then move on to visit Shillong Peak to experience the enticing beauty of the entire city. On this journey, you can take beautiful pictures of the hills and valleys.
When we reach Shillong, we’ll check in at our hotel, where we will spend the night.
Day 5 - TRANSFER TO GUWAHATI AIRPORT / RAILWAY STATION

After an early morning breakfast, we’ll check out of our hotel rooms and head back to Guwahati.
You will stop by Umiam Lake, noted as the largest human-made lake in the North East.
Reach Guwahati and visit the Kamakhya Temple.
The group will go their separate ways, to their respective cities according to their own scheduled departure.

MOW (Meet Over The Weekend) reserves the right to cancel an event under the following conditions:
If the minimum number of travellers (8) is not met.
Due to external factors beyond our control, such as natural calamities (heavy rains, earthquakes, landslides), strikes, bandhs, curfews, virus outbreaks or other unforeseen emergencies.
In such cases, the MOW team will inform you about alternative event options.
You can choose to:
Transfer your booking to another available event.
Opt for a full refund (Transportation cancellation charges will be deducted).
All refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the traveller’s account within two business weeks.
CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE TRAVELLER (YOU):
Cancellation within 48 hours of the event start time:
No refund will be provided.
Last-minute cancellations due to personal reasons, such as work or health, will not be entertained.
No ticket transfer or postponement will be permitted.Cancellation between 3 to 6 days before the event:
Tickets can be transferred to a friend. We would be happy to accommodate them, saving you from a financial loss.Cancellation 7 or more days before the event:
50% of the trip amount will be refunded (excluding payment gateway charges).
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within two business weeks.

Booking Confirmation:
Your seat will be confirmed only after receiving full payment.
Partial payments are not considered bookings.
Cancellation Policy:
No refund will be provided if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the trip.
50% refund if cancelled 7 days before the event.
In case of trip cancellation from the organiser’s side (due to unforeseen situations like weather conditions, political unrest, low participation, etc.), a full refund will be provided (transportation cancellation charges applicable).
Trip Itinerary Changes:
The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, road conditions, and other external factors.
Trip captains have full authority to modify the plan to ensure participant safety.
Transportation:
Transportation provided will be as per the group size and based on availability.
Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Behaviour and Discipline:
Participants are expected to maintain discipline and cooperate with the team and fellow travellers.
Use of alcohol or drugs during the trip is strictly prohibited.
Any misbehaviour with fellow participants or staff will lead to removal from the trip without any refund.
Liability:
MeetOverTheWeekend (MOW) is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss of belongings, or damage during the trip.
Participants must take full responsibility for their personal belongings throughout the journey.
Medical Conditions:
Participants with any medical conditions must inform the organisers in advance.
It is advised to carry personal medication if required.
Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided on a sharing basis (triple/quad sharing, unless specified otherwise).
Accommodation will be arranged separately for men and women.
If you require a couple-sharing room, kindly inform the team in advance to make necessary arrangements.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is not included unless specifically mentioned.
Participants are advised to carry valid identity proof.
Environmental Responsibility:
Participants are expected to respect nature and avoid littering during the trip.
Kindly use the dustbins and avoid using single-use plastics.
