Ganga Aarti takes place every day from 6:00-7:00 pm and is performed on the banks of River Ganga. The Maha Aarti is performed by chanting bhajans in praise of Ganga Maiya and is celebrated by beating electrifying drums and rhythmic bells. We will be starting the tour 1 hour before the aarti from Lakshman Jhula through a tempo traveler or a Tuk tuk. It will take about 30 mins to reach Triveni Ghat where you can enjoy the magnificent Aarti. You can sit calmly on the banks of the river and enjoy the cold breeze that will rejuvenate your mind and soul. The devotees release small floating leaf boats with oil lamps or gleaming diyas in the holy river. It's beautiful to watch.
