• Booking & Payments :

• You can book your seats online by paying an advance or the full amount. Our Tripcat Captain will send a reminder for any pending balance on the day of the journey.
• All pending payments must be completed by 2:00 PM on the day of departure. Failure to settle the balance after three reminders may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• Cancellations made after 2:00 PM on the journey day will incur charges for the total booking amount, covering all reserved seats.

• Cancellations : 

• Cancellation made within 48 hours of departure: No refund or rescheduling available.
• Cancellation made before 48 hours of departure: 50% cancellation fee applies.

• The trip is subject to confirmation, and we require a minimum of 10 people booked for the trip to proceed. Rest assured, if there is a cancellation from our end, you will receive an immediate and complete refund.

• Itinerary Adjustments: While we strive to cover all destinations and activities mentioned in the itinerary, some times factors like government restrictions, weather changes, traffic conditions, local regulations, or unforeseen events may prevent us from visiting every place as planned. In such cases, we seek your understanding, as these situations are beyond our control.
• Travel Timing: Our schedules and arrival times are approximate and depend on the conditions mentioned above. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, traffic, or other unavoidable events, and we appreciate your patience in these situations.
• Accommodation Check-In: The usual check-in time for most homestays or hotels we book is around 12:00 p.m. Morning room availability may vary. We might be able to offer a few rooms initially for freshening up, and once check-in opens, all rooms will be allocated accordingly.
• Room Sharing and Group Stay Etiquette: Depending on the destination and accommodation type, travelers may need to share rooms with others. We request everyone to be mindful of their roommates and respect shared spaces to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
• Flexible Itineraries: Travel can sometimes bring surprises. While we carefully plan each trip, flexibility is key to a memorable experience. Embrace the unexpected and enjoy the journey!
• To ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip for all, we seek your cooperation with the group and trip coordinator. Let's foster a friendly and supportive environment, where every traveler's perspective is valued. 
• We strive to maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere throughout the trip. Any kind of nuisance or misbehavior that may disturb other participants or disrupt the overall harmony of the trip will not be tolerated. 
• Seats during travel will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly request you to occupy the same seats during the return journey as well for a hassle-free travel experience.
