**2. Cancellation Policy

• 2-3 Days Before Departure:

• Cancellation Fee: 75% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.

• Refund Amount: 25% of the total trip cost will be refunded.

• 5-7 Days Before Departure:

• Cancellation Fee: 50% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.

• Refund Amount: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.

• 10-15 Days Before Departure:

• Cancellation Fee: 25% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.

• Refund Amount: 75% of the total trip cost will be refunded.

• More than 15 Days Before Departure:

• Cancellation Fee: ₹500 processing fee.

• Refund Amount: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee.

• Policy Validity: This refund policy is applicable only if you have paid the full amount for the trip.

• Advance Payment: If you have only paid the advance amount, it is non-refundable.

• Cancellation by Travel Never Ends:

• Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: We reserve the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, not booked minimum number of people for particular trip or emergencies. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date for the trip, based on availability.

• You will be offered a full refund or the option to choose an alternative date within the next 2 months, based on availability.

**3. Refund Process

• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

• Partial Refunds: If the refund is due to partial cancellation or a change in the package, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

**4. Changes to Booking

• Change Requests: Requests for changes to the booking must be made at least 10 days before the departure date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. You can choose the next departure date with in next 2 months only and only once you can do date/trip change.

**5. No-Show Policy

• No-Show: No refund will be provided in the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the specified departure date without prior notice).

**6. Important Notes

• Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances or cancellations.

• Booking amount is non refundable if cancellation made by traveller.

• Exclusions: Refunds do not cover personal expenses, additional activities, or services not included in the original package.

**7.Liability Disclaimer: Travel Never Ends is not responsible for any loss of cash, valuables, or personal belongings during the trip. Additionally, all travelers participate in activities such as trekking, adventure sports, and excursions at their own risk. The company holds no liability for any accidents, injuries, health issues, or loss of life occurring during the trip. Travelers are advised to take necessary precautions and ensure personal safety at all times.
