Meghalaya offers opportunities for trekking, caving, and river rafting. Meghalaya is famous for its living root bridges, particularly the Double Decker Root Bridge in Cherrapunjee (Sohra).
Cherrapunjee (Sohra) is known for being one of the wettest places on earth, it offers stunning landscapes, waterfalls, and caves. Mawlynnong is Often referred to as the cleanest village in Asia, it is known for its cleanliness and natural beauty.
In Shillong explore the local markets, enjoy the views from Shillong Peak, and visit the Elephant Falls. Meghalaya is home to diverse tribal communities, each with its own unique customs and traditions.
Try the local Khasi and Jaintia cuisines, which include dishes like Jadoh (rice and meat), Doh Neiiong (pork curry), and Bamboo Shoot Curry.
Your journey kicks off at 8 am from Guwahati Airport, and your first destination is the enchanting Umiam Lake. Take in the breathtaking views of the serene lake surrounded by lush hills. You may opt for a boat ride to enhance your experience and capture the beauty of the surroundings. Following the tranquil visit to Umiam Lake, continue your expedition to Shillong.
Upon reaching Shillong, dive into the local culture and charm with a visit to the Police Bazar. Engage in a delightful shopping experience, exploring the bustling market for local handicrafts, traditional attire, and souvenirs. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere and perhaps indulge in some local cuisine. As the day comes to a close, settle into your accommodation in Shillong, ready to explore more of Meghalaya's wonders in the days ahead.
On the second day of your Meghalaya expedition, set out from Shillong to Cherrapunji, immersing yourself in the natural wonders of the region. Begin at Elephant Falls, a three-tiered spectacle nestled amidst verdant surroundings. Traverse the valleys of Meghalaya, absorbing the enchanting landscapes that unfold before you.
Continue the journey to witness the awe-inspiring Nohkalikai Falls, followed by a visit to either the Seven Sister Falls or Wai Sawdong Waterfalls, both showcasing the region's breathtaking water features. Conclude the day exploring the ancient Mawsmai Caves and Arwah Caves, marveling at the intricate limestone formations. With each stop, Meghalaya reveals its diverse and captivating facets, making for an exhilarating day of exploration.
Rise early on the third day, commencing your adventure at 7 am with a trek from Cherrapunji to Nongrihat. Embark on a journey through the picturesque landscapes, immersing yourself in the natural beauty that Meghalaya has to offer. The highlight of your trek is the renowned Double Decker Bridge, a living root bridge that exemplifies the unique ingenuity of the local tribes. Spend time marveling at this natural wonder and capturing the beauty of the surroundings.
After the trek, take a moment to visit a local church in Cherrapunji, delving into the cultural and religious aspects of the region. Following the spiritual exploration, indulge in a bit of shopping in Cherrapunji, where you can find local handicrafts, souvenirs, and perhaps some traditional artifacts.
Day 4 unfolds with an early start at 7 am, marking a picturesque journey from Cherrapunji to the pristine village of Mawlynnong. The day's highlights commence with a visit to the living root bridges, marveling at the seamless integration of natural elements and traditional craftsmanship. As the day progresses, the crystal-clear Dawki River beckons, offering a surreal boat ride that reveals the riverbed with remarkable clarity.
The adventure continues in Shnongpdeng, a tranquil riverside village where you can unwind and soak in the serene ambiance. Culminate your day with a visit to the India-Bangladesh border, exploring the cultural diversity and unique atmosphere of this significant juncture. With every destination, Day 4 promises a harmonious blend of natural wonders and cultural exploration, leaving indelible impressions of Meghalaya's beauty
On the culminating day of your Meghalaya sojourn, venture into the scenic wonders of Dawki, where the Umngot River unveils its crystalline beauty against a backdrop of breathtaking landscapes. Allow the serene views to linger, creating a tranquil start to your day.
Following this, retracing your steps from Dawki to Mawlynnong provides an opportunity to savor the charms of this pristine village once more, perhaps revisiting favored locales or discovering new hidden gems. As the day unfolds, your journey leads you towards Guwahati for your departure, marking the end of a captivating exploration of Meghalaya's natural splendors and cultural treasures

- Water bottle - 2 Liters. Get your own bottles, we avoid buying of plastic bottles.
- Photo ID ( Passport, Employee/College ID, PAN card/Election Card/ Driving License) with a Xerox copy.
- Toiletries (Toothbrush, Paste, Small towel/napkin, Comb, Sanitary Pads).
- 2 biodegradable plastic bags medium size to carry waste.

Policy and Terms
Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s control.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the trip at any time, either due to lack of batch formation or other factors. If we cancel the trip, a full refund will be provided.
If you cancel, the following policy applies:
Cancellation Refund will be processed only in the form of HAC wallet
Refund is non-transferable
- Wallet cash can be used within 1 year.
- There's no refund if,
- The person doesn't shows up on the day of travel.
- The person voluntarily decides to withdraw from the trip in between.

Limitations & Liability
We accept liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control, and, therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where, for some reason, we are not prepared to accept liability.
- In the event that you miss your train or bus for any reason during your onward or return journey, the company shall not be responsible for any financial reimbursement. However, we will assist you in finding alternative transportation options to ensure your continued travel.
- The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever, be liable to the client or any person traveling with him or her for any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or theft howsoever caused
- The company does not own or control hotels, coaches, or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour, therefore, we cannot be held liable.
- Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier, or agents.
- Where the failures in the performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
- Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the holiday provision and are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
- We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons.
Train Tickets
Though we try our best, we cannot assure you a confirmed train ticket as train department is under the government, where we have no control or so.
Our packages from Ex- Hyd includes Sleeper class train tickets,
- If you choose to travel in 3AC/2AC/1AC, you'll be charged more according to the prices shown in IRCTC.
- Though we let you know your train ticket status, We request you to check the status at frequent intervals if the tickets aren't CNF.
- If the tickets are in RAC/ WL even two days before the departure date, we suggest you to opt for Tatkal, which may slightly cost you more.
- There's a higher probability of getting a CNF ticket if we try for Premium Tatkal or 3AC.
- If the train tickets are in WL and there's a bus facility to your chosen destination, We suggest you opt for a bus.
- For extra charges, we request that you approach our office team.
- The extra amount collected for Tatkal is according to the prices shown in IRCTC. No extra amount shall be charged by us for booking Tatkal

Surcharge
The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.
Right to amend the itinerary
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary.
Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time without any prior notice, and you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity.

- Weed or any other narcotics is strictly prohibited from entire event!
- Be cooperative with fellow Participants
- Do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
- Do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute-free.
