A stroll through its lanes will give you a glimpse of Vijayanagar, the medieval Hindu kingdom it is known for. The historical significance of this town can be measured by the fact that it is one of the most fascinating UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The various ruins of this city are not only an architectural splendor but are a time machine that will take you back to its glorious past.

As you reach your destination, check in to your stay, settle down, freshen up, and have a delicious breakfast. Post breakfast, start your Hampi tour with the hidden gem of Hampi, the Sanakpur Lake. A quiet lake surrounded by big boulders. Marvel at the natural wonder as you look closer at the canal that stretches along the road with hills of boulders on both sides. You can also partake in several activities like the coracle ride and cliff jumping while at it (activities are not included in the Hampi package; therefore, they will be charged at actual).

 

After a noon full of activities, indulge in the local delicacies while having lunch (lunch is not included in the Hampi package; therefore, you will be charged at actual cost). Proceed with your day with a visit to the Anegundi Village. Located in the Gangavathi taluk of Koppal district, Karnataka, it is part of Hampi's 'World Heritage Site.' For the last activity of the day, have a holy experience at the Malyavanta Raghunatha Temple, a temple dedicated to Lord Raghunatha

On the second day of your Hampi tourism experience, start early. After breakfast, set out to explore the various Hampi sightseeing places. The city of ruins has various beautiful sights for you to witness. Once you have explored the nooks and corners of the city, it is time for a Hampi trek. Trek up to Hemakuta Hills, where you witness some of the most magnificent temple ruins, archways, and pavilions.

 

Once you have trekked downhill from the Hemakuta Hills, explore the streets of Hippie Bazaar. Here, you can buy a keepsake and special trinkets for your family. After your shopping expedition, visit the various archaeological wonders like the Virupaksha Temple, Yeduru Basavanna, or Eduru sculptures of a monolithic Nandi, Kings Balance, Stone Chariot, Vitthal Temple, Lotus Mahal, Elephant Stables, and Hajari Rama Temple.

 

Your visit to these famous sites will mark the end of your Hampi trip. Between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, you will be heading back to Bangalore in your assigned vehicle. During your overnight journey, there will be a stop at around 9.00 pm where you can have your dinner (at actual).

Cancellations made within 15-30 days before the date of travel, would cost 50% of the booking amount and the remaining will be refunded

Cancellations made within 7-15 days before the date of travel, would cost 70% of the booking amount and the remaining will be refunded

Cancellations made within 0-7 days before the date of travel, would cost 100% of the booking amount and the remaining will be refunded

An experience can get non-operational due to sudden changes in government policies or regulations, or due to unpredicted weather conditions, leading to required alterations

In such cases, the tour operators will try their level best to execute the tour with an alternative similar to the booked experience

Moreover, cancellations due to involuntary conditions like the above are not refunded to cover the operations and tour management cost

In rare situations of slot unavailability, an alternative to your selected experience will be provided

After confirming the alternative, an updated confirmation mail voucher will be sent with the alternate activity details and date of travel
