Har Ki Dun trek is one of the oldest trekking trails in the Himalayas. The path is believed to be traversed by the Pandavas in Mahabharata on their ascent to heaven. On this trek, explore the hidden side of the Garhwal Himalayas along with the Glacial heaven of Jaundhar. In this 7D/6N package, you will trek through Sankri, Taluka, and Osla to reach Har Ki Dun. Also known as ‘Hidden Valley’, this trek is quite popular among nature enthusiasts and trek lovers.

Everyone is expected to assemble at goSTOPS Rishikesh from where you will be driven to Sankri in a private vehicle. En route, enjoy the scenic views of Dhauladhars. Stop for lunch during the 10-hour drive. You will reach the picturesque village of Sankri late in the evening. Upon arrival, check-in to the hotel and freshen up. The evening will be free for you to explore the village and get to know your fellow travelers. Share your travel stories and bond with them over a bonfire session. Enjoy the dinner. After a hearty breakfast, start your journey towards Taluka. It's a 12-km long drive. Upon reaching Taluka, begin your trek to Seema village. Revel in the forest of willow, chestnut, and walnut throughout the trekking trail. Upon reaching the serene village of Seema, check-in to the campsite and get ready to enjoy the amazing sunset with some snacks. Enjoy the dinner. There will be an overnight stay in camps.

Wake up early in the morning and bask in the beauty of the sunrise as the sky changes color. After breakfast, start trekking towards Har Ki Dun. Enchant your soul with mesmerizing views all around. Known as the winter wonderland in the winter, the entire trail is covered with snow. After trekking for around 7 hours, you will reach the beautiful campsite of Har Ki Dun. Enjoy the dinner around a bonfire. There will be an overnight stay in camps.

Wake up early and catch the sunrise from behind the Swargarohini Peak. After a scrumptious breakfast, you will start your trek to Jaundhar Glacier. With a smearing view of the snow-capped Himalayas, reach Jaundhar, and with a heart full of memories, start your trek back towards the campsite by evening. Enjoy the dinner. There will be an overnight stay in camps.

Post breakfast, start your descent to Seema village via Osla. The trek runs through a thick forest. After around 6 hours, you will reach the beautiful village of Seema. Upon arrival, check-in to the camps and freshen up. You will have some time for yourself. You could either explore this ancient village or spend time talking to the locals who are always happy to see the tourists. Get to know the ancient story of the Pandavas’ ascent to heaven from the locals. Enjoy the dinner. There will be an overnight stay in camps.

By Air: Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun serves as the nearest airport to Rishikesh. Visitors can take a direct flight to Dehradun from Mumbai or Delhi or connecting flights from anywhere in India. Local vehicles can be availed from outside the airport to reach Rishikesh by road from Dehradun.
By Train: Rishikesh Junction Railway Station is well-connected to all the surrounding major cities. Visitors can easily find frequent trains to Rishikesh from Delhi and Dehradun.
By Road: Rishikesh is well connected by roads to all major cities and towns, so visitors as per their choice and comfort can take the bus to reach Rishikesh smoothly. Rishikesh is connected to Chandigarh, Delhi, Dehradun, and Nainital through a good network of roads.
