The Kayakers is an adventure company established in 2015 with a deep and enduring love for the outdoors, and we welcome you to be a part of our journey. Like-minded engineering grads from COEP (College of Engineering Pune) who loved to kayak started a kayaking club in 2015, which has currently become one of the foremost trusty and desired adventure companies in Pune. Sunil Kadam

An adventure lover, Sunil is an IT Professional. He is passionate about kayaking and trekking. Being a National level Kayaker, he wants to impart awareness about the sport to wider audience. This thought connected him to The Kayakers and he effectively executed different ideas to grow kayaking as a sport. He is used to exploring untouched places. The love for mountains drew him to various corners of Western Ghat and he did many treks in Sahyadri. Sunil is an experienced trek leader whose geographical knowledge is commendable. He is known for maintaining corporate as well as customer relation. If not mountains, Sunil enjoys providing team building programs to leading corporate firms in the metropolitan.

Mangesh Dongare

Mangesh is a supply chain consultant by profession. An avid trekker and outdoor lover. He was a kayaker and represented himself in National and State Kayaking Competitions during his college days. Though an accomplished engineer and management graduate, Mangesh found his true calling in the outdoors. With a germ of an idea and great love for the outdoors he founded the company in 2015 with two like-minded friends Sunil and Amar. Mangesh have been trekking and exploring in Sahyadri since last 12 years. Under his able leadership, The Kayakers has established itself firmly in the field of adventure and is growing by leaps and bounds every day. He has done few Himalayan Treks and cycling expedition from Pune to Goa, Pune to Kanyakumari, Manali to Leh. Mangesh is a pro when it comes to executing multiple ventures with several groups.
