Policy and more
1.Cancellation by Participants: Cancellations made 10 days or more before the scheduled adventure date will receive a 50% refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
2.Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled adventure date are nonrefundable.
3.No-Show Policy: No-shows without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment.
4.Group Bookings: For group bookings, any reduction in the number of participants within 4 days of the adventure date will not result in a refund for the reduced number of participants.
5.Cancellation by the Travel Agency: In the rare event that the travel agency must cancel an adventure activity (e.g., due to weather conditions or safety concerns), participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
6.Rescheduling: Participants may request to reschedule their adventure activity up to 2 days before the original date, subject to availability.
7.Incomplete Activities: Once an adventure activity has commenced, there will be no refunds for participants who choose to discontinue the activity for any reason.

EXTREME ADVENTURE MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Due to it’s extreme nature, the adventure sport is not suitable for people with the following medical conditions:

- - Recent fracture
- - Neurological disorders
- - Osteoporosis
- - Recent surgery
- - Consumption of alcohol
- - Fragile skin
- - Bone disorder / osteoporosis

- Meeting all the eligibility criteria is required.
- Please Reach 30 min before your allotted slot considering the heavy rush.
- All the photography & videography services will be charged & provided on site.
- Please keep your booking ticket with you.
- Participant requires to sign a waiver form.
- The Company has the right to cancel your activity due to Unforeseen circumstances such as weather.
- You will not be allowed to perform the activity under the influence of alcohol.
- You will be asked to keep your belongings in the locker for certain activities due to safety measures.
- Only the Jumper will be allowed at the top of the Bungee / Giant Swing Tower.
