1. Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses such as shopping, tips, souvenirs, etc. along with additional meals, snacks, or beverages other than those included in the itinerary
2. Insurance: Any kind of personal travel insurance not mentioned in inclusions and Insurance for any adventure activities
3. Optional Activities: Any optional activities or services that are not mentioned in the itinerary (e.g., Spa, extra tours, etc.)
4. Transportation to/from the Boarding Point: Travel from your home to the starting point (Iffco Chowk Metro Station) and back from the ending point (Delhi)
5. Anything Not Mentioned in Inclusions: Any other expenses not specifically mentioned in the inclusions section, including but not limited to tips for guides, drivers, or any service providers
6. Alcoholic Beverages: Any alcoholic drinks or beverages during meals, snacks, or activities unless specifically included
Policy and more
- Cancellations made 30 days before the date of travel, would not bear 30% cancellation charge and you will get a 100% refund of the booking amount
- Cancellations made within 15-30 days before the date of travel, would cost 50% of the booking amount and the remaining will be refunded
- Cancellations made within 7-15 days before the date of travel, would cost 70% of the booking amount and the remaining will be refunded
- Cancellations made within 0-7 days before the date of travel, would cost 100% of the booking amount and the remaining will be refunded
- An experience can get non-operational due to sudden changes in government policies or regulations, or due to unpredicted weather conditions, leading to required alterations
- In such cases, the tour operators will try their level best to execute the tour with an alternative similar to the booked experience
- Moreover, cancellations due to involuntary conditions like the above are not refunded to cover the operations and tour management cost
