All About It

Jaisalmer also known as the “The Golden City” is a city of towering forts crowned by the magnificent Jaisalmer Fort and famously known for its sand dunes. Jaisalmer Fort offers breathtaking views of the city, and is also the 2nd oldest fort built in Rajasthan. You are bound to be amazed by the architecture. Despite the commercialism, it’s hard not to be enchanted by this desert citadel. Beneath the ramparts, particularly to the north, the narrow streets of the old city conceal magnificent havelis, all carved from the same golden honey sandstone as the fort.
