Cancellation & Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Booking

• All booking amounts are non-refundable.

No Cancellations or Amendments

• Bookings cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.
• Full payment will be forfeited in case of no-shows or changes.

No-Shows & Early Exits

• No refunds will be issued for missed tours or early departures.

Unforeseen Events

• No refunds for delays or cancellations due to weather, protests, government orders, landslides, etc.
• Backup plans will be arranged if possible.

Activity Cancellations

• Activities cancelled due to uncontrollable events are non-refundable.

Trek Cancellations

• If cancelled before departure, a travel voucher (valid 3 months) will be issued.
• If aborted midway, no refunds are applicable.

Extra Expenses

• Any additional costs due to natural or external disruptions are not covered by TravelMite or its partners.

Before booking a trip with TravelMite, please carefully read the following terms and conditions that apply to your booking:

Advance Payment:
The advance payment made at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Full Payment:
Full payment for the trip or trek must be completed before the departure date. Failure to clear the payment may lead to cancellation of your booking.

Identification:
Valid government-issued ID proof may be required and verified before boarding or commencement of the trip.

Booking Transfer:
Transfer or substitution of bookings is not permitted. Only the travelers whose names are given at the time of booking will be allowed to participate.

No Refunds for Unused Services:
No refunds or travel coupons will be provided for any inclusions or services not availed by the traveler during the trip.

Personal Belongings:
Travelers are responsible for their own valuables and belongings at all times. The company or management will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

Departure Timing:
The trip departure time is fixed and communicated well in advance. Travelers must report to the departure location at least 30 minutes early. Delays or failure to update your Trip Leader/Coordinator promptly may result in cancellation of your trip.

Prohibited Activities:
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside all travel vehicles (buses, cars, tempo travelers, etc.) to ensure the health and safety of all travelers.

Code of Conduct:
Misbehavior, creating nuisances, or disrespect towards team members, fellow travelers, or vendors will not be tolerated. TravelMite promotes a respectful and responsible travel community to ensure a memorable experience for all.

Risks & Liability:
TravelMite organizes adventure trips and treks, which may involve risks such as accidents, injuries, loss of life, financial loss, etc. The company, its agents, or affiliated entities will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss, damage to property, or claims arising from negligence, delays, or any acts beyond its control.

Insurance:
TravelMite does not provide insurance coverage for medical emergencies, injuries, loss of life, theft, or loss of personal belongings. Travelers are advised to arrange their own insurance if required.

Itinerary Changes:
Weather conditions, road conditions, accidents, or participant’s physical ability may necessitate changes to the itinerary. The company reserves the right to make such changes at any time during the trip to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of travelers.
