Kabbaladurga is a hillock near 20kms from Kanakapura and is approximately 70 kms away from Bangalore. The peak is home to the temple of Goddess Kabbalamma and had derived its name from the temple and the ruins of a fort at the peak. It is green, rocky and serene. Ideal for a day’s getaway and some soul-searching. The view from the top is absolutely breath-taking, with the shadow of the clouds making patterns on the surface of the Earth. Perfect for new trekkers and climbing enthusiasts.

- Start from Bangalore early in the morning from different pickup points in the city.
- A total journey of 2 hours via Bangalore Mysore Express way will take us to the base of Kabbaladurga. We will stop for Breakfast in the middle and play lots of games on our journey.
- Start hiking up the hill around 10 AM, relax at the top, enjoy the picturesque setting with the hill and the lake as backdrop and have packed lunch.
- The overall trek to both the hills will take 2 to 2.5 hours up and down.
- Trek down to the base.
- Start back towards Bangalore and reach home by evening.
