Weekend Payana: Kaiwara Betta Sunrise Trek Itinerary

11:30 PM – Begin pick-up from designated locations in Bangalore.
05:30 AM – Arrive at the Kaiwara base 
05:45 AM – Start the trek with a brief orientation from our expert guides.
06:40 AM – Reach the summit and witness a mesmerizing sunrise above the clouds.
08:30 AM – Begin your descent back to the base.
10:00 AM – Arrive at the base and start the journey back to Bangalore.
11:30 AM – Stop for a refreshing, self-funded breakfast.
01:00 PM – Return to Bangalore with drop-offs at the initial pick-up points.

  • 0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 15-30 Days Before Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Any requests for rescheduling the trip/trek will be considered only if made at least 5 days before the trek/trip’s original start date.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made within one month (30 days) of the original trek/trip date. After this period, no rescheduling will be allowed, and no refund will be issued for cancellations or changes.
     

    Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be transferred within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds once initiated, usually take around 10-12 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.
  • To organize a trip/trek we need at least 10/12 participants.
  • If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternative trek/trip or provide a refund.
  • Any requests for rescheduling the trip will be considered only if made at least 5 days before the trip’s original start date.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made within one month (30 days) of the original trip date. After this period, no rescheduling will be allowed, and no refund will be issued for cancellations or changes.
  • The itinerary is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic delays, or other situational factors
  • Pickup and drop timings are tentative and will be confirmed and communicated before the trek; delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.
  • Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious
  • Our accommodations are many times sleeping bags and Tents, Dormitories, rooms with beds and sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky.
  • The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek. We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations.
  • The food provided will be basic delicious Vegetarian food.
  • Weekend Payana shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewellery, etc.
  • We expect every participant to be responsible for littering. Please keep every place we visit clean.
  • You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destination to destination.
  • We have designated pick-up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transport to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
  • We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
  • WeekendvPayana is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
  • Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport on the way back, Weekend Pyana does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients.
  • Littering, smoking & consumption of alcohol are banned outdoors or anytime during the trek. We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
  • If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.
  • Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.
  • Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the venue.
  • Rights of admission reserved.
