Policy and Terms

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,

• If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Terms and Conditions

• The advance amount is non Refundable & Non Adjustable.

• All bookings are strictly subject to confirmation of payments.

• We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reason. Guests are advised to seek such insurance in advance.

• Factors such as weather, Road conditions, physical abilities of the participants, etc... may dictate itinerary changes.

• We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being and no refund would be provided in such a situation.

• We do not allow smoking during travel on the bus. Tripgix reserves the right to discontinue your trip at any point on the grounds of misconduct and no refund will be made under such circumstances.

• Departure time is fixed, if any changes they'll be informed a day before the trip.

• Any cost arising due to any unforeseen circumstances, like road closure, strikes, or political reasons will be borne directly by the travelers.

• Please note that after the finalization of the tour/Service Cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/ museums, Taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges,- by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

• In the Hilly Terrain, it will be the discretion of the driver to put off the systems of the vehicle like the Air Conditioner, Sound system, Focus will always be on safety.

• In case of any injuries/illness during the trip/Activity, Tripgix as a tour operator or any of our local staff will not be responsible
