There will be no refund for the initial booking amount in the event of any cancellations. If cancellations are made:
30 days before the trip start date, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
15-30 days before the trip start date, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Within 0-15 days before the trip start date, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • Ensuring safety is our top priority at Hodophile GOO Holidays. We retain the right to adjust the itinerary and transportation mode for all or part of the trip, driven by factors such as union concerns, government advisories, and restrictions.
  • Should there be changes to the itinerary or transport. travelers are expected to collaborate with our team and avoid causing disruptions that could impact the experience for fellow travelers negatively.
  • Hodophile Geo Holidays reserves the authority to conclude the trip for any traveler group due to non-coop«ation or disruptive behavior. In such cases, the entire amount paid will be forfeited

  • Adjustments to your reserved tour may be necessary duo to uncontrollable circumnances, potentially preventing us from fulfilling the tour as initially agreed.
  • " Circumstance beyond our control" refer to unforeseeable and unavoidable events, despite our diligent efforts to exercise reasonable care.
  • These circumstances encompass events such as war, airport dosures, epidemics, natural or nuclear disasters, terrorist activities, civil unrest, industrial disputes, adverse weatherconditions, Bandhs, national emergencies, and more.
  • We understand the critical importance of providing an exceptional travel experience and commit to making every effort to minimize disruptions, ensuring your journey remains enjoyable even in the face of such challenges.

The package includes accommodation for 4 nights, daily breakfast and dinner, sightseeing as per the itinerary, a Shikara ride, transfers, and local tours to places like Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and Sonmarg.

**2. Is airfare included in the package?**  
No, airfare is not included. You need to book your own flight to Srinagar and back. The package covers local transfers and sightseeing from the airport onwards.

**3. How will I get from the airport to the hotel?**  
We provide pick-up and drop-off from Srinagar airport as part of the package, ensuring a smooth and comfortable transfer.

**4. Can I customize the itinerary to include other places?**  
The itinerary is fixed, but additional sightseeing or activities can be arranged at extra costs. You can discuss this with your tour manager.

**5. Is the Shikara ride on Dal Lake included?**  
Yes, a Shikara ride on Dal Lake is included as part of the itinerary, offering a unique and peaceful experience.

**6. What activities can I expect in Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and Sonmarg?**  
In Pahalgam, you’ll enjoy sightseeing and nature walks. In Gulmarg, you can enjoy scenic views and possibly snow activities (season-dependent). Sonmarg is known for its beautiful meadows and trekking opportunities.

**7. What is the best time to visit Kashmir?**  
The ideal time to visit Kashmir is during spring (March to May) and summer (June to August) for pleasant weather. Winter (December to February) is perfect for snow lovers.
