• Cab for Thajiwas Glaciers in Sonamarg
• Vehicle up to Gondola Station in Gulmarg
• Chained Vehicle from Tangmarg in Gulmarg due to local union restrictions at these particular places
• Please be informed that commercial & private vehicles of Srinagar city are not allowed to do entire movement (sightseeing coverage of internal areas) in Pahalgam & Sonamarg which includes trip to Aru, Chandanwari & Betaab Valley in Pahalgam

Policy and Terms

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,

• If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Q) Type of Clothing in Kashmir?
A) Please be aware that Gulmarg,Pahalgam,and Sonamarg are most suitable for visiting between May and October       because the temperatures are milder. However, one should bring a light sweater or jacket during June, July and  August. Heavy woolens aren't necessary in November until February but a winter coat would certainly be welcome during those months.Srinagar is the coldest part of Kashmir and sometimes it's freezing between November until March,with lows reaching negative ten degrees Celsius at night throughout some parts of town,so be sure to pack some good heavy socks,thermal underwear and a good winter coat if you plan to visit these months!
